    I've tried other hearing aids, including Eargo, none of which worked well for me. Hearing aids is not a instrument to go for cheaper brands. They're cheaper for good reasons. I'm convinced my Horizons are the best on the market. They have two processors -- one forward-facing, the other rear-facing. This makes a world of difference when in noisy environments like a restaurant or the theater. The Horizons were not cheap, but the level of service from Hear.com is unparalleled. I admit, after the Eargo fiasco I was skeptical that any hearing aid would measure up, but these do. And the people at Hear.com arranged for a sizable discount from Medicare. They did all the heavy lifting. The units are light as a feather and virtually invisible. In fact, I have to remind myself to take them off then I shower or go into the pool. Highly recommended.

    My new hearing aid is great! Its tailored to my liking and works perfectly. The process whereby I bought it by virtual appointment and fitting with the audiologist right here at home went smoothly. The staff are all supportive, knowledgeable, and professional. Ive had other kinds of hearing aids before which were very expensive but all sounds were amplified. With my new hearing aid, the audiologists fine tuned it to my liking whereby I hear more conversations and less background noise. I wish I knew about hear.com sooner.

    Hit my bank account for $4,900 the day I had my hearing test. I was supposed to have 45 day trial. ***************************** was the salesman.

    I had a good experience with the company and providers. It ended up that the improvement was not worth the cost. I only had mild to moderate hearing loss and couldnt afford $6000.00 less insurance. I would do it again when and if needed.

    I have used my new Hear.com hearing aides for over a month now and am so excited that I am able to hear everyone!I am enjoying using the app to set my volume, the direction in which I want most to hear things, and especially the special one where I can set it the hear a person wearing a mask.I dont think people realize how many of us read lips. It was sure hard for me when during Covid everyone was wearing masks. I wish I had had these at that time.A very helpful company, they dont just sell you hearing aides, they follow through with you all the way. LIFE IS ON!!After youve worn them for 45 days of paying for them, you can decide if you want to keep them and continue payng or you want to return them and get your full money back guarantee.Whoopee,?

    ****************** did not educate me on the variety of hearing aid choices The one they picked was not comfortable on me. I'm not sure I learned enough to know what I need. I was told they would cost $42.50 (forty two fifty). When we got to the payment part, she also said the cost was $42.50. My credit card was declined. I called my credit union to see why my credit card was declined. They said she charged me $4,250.00. That ended my exam. I don't have that kind of money. This could have been avoided by using the words "thousand" and "hundred" in the price. It was misleading. She grabbed the hearing aids out of my ears, grabbed the paperwork. I think my Humana card was in there, and I would like it back! She was more interested in picking up her son from school. She grabbed her backpack and beat me to the door. It was a horrible nightmare.

Please know that I listened to the calls that you had with your consultant. She did mention to you that the hearing aids were $6,500 but because of your insurance, they would be discounted down to $4,250. While your consultant did not say "six thousand five hundred", she did say the cost is "sixty-five hundred".
