5 starsI have been wearing hearing aids for over 13 years. I bought hearing aids from 2 other companies during that time. They really helped me but the hearing aids that I purchased recently from hear.com have made a huge difference. They use the latest technology that is far superior with advanced options to adjust hearing to the situation that you are in. Appointments are virtually that saved me a lot of travel time to appointments. Technicians are very adept and very courteous. A great experience

5 starsMuch better sound quality than previous aides. Also, the app provides many more options than apps Ive used previously. Also, the rechargeable aides are so much better than having to deal with those tiny batteries that die at the worst of times.Hear.com, LLC

5 starsIt was a good experience. Andy B. was knowledgeable, patient, professional and at the same time friendly, and explained things thoroughly. Although the Hear.com hearing aids were no better with speech recognition than my present pair of a different brand, Andy understood, and graciously arranged for their return and refund. 5 starsThe audiologist was honest with me. My hearing is down somewhat but nothing critical and after discussing the results of the test, I made the decision to wait a year or two and return to the office for a follow up test to see if the results had slipped further. There was no pressure for me to purchase now. I definitely will go back to that office in a year or two!Hear.com, LLC
