    I was hesitant about hearing aides . My husband is a mumbler when he talks and ** constantly asking him to repeat himself . His TV is so loud the neighbors could hear it if the windows were open I swear . He wears hearing aides too ! Although I took the test and had only mild hearing loss I figured Id buy these with the 45 day return . Well Im telling you these are two little gems and I really like them . Theyre working so darn great ! I can hear Everything and my husband doesnt have to repeat himself . So yes I am glad I tried these hearing aides out and yes I bought them . Im a happy customer . *****

    The on-line support is great. The follow-up text messages on what to expect were very helpful and provided clear guidance for proper use of, and maintenance of hearing aids. Loved the text messages for the step by step procedure as to how to use the app. Enjoy being able to receive phone calls directly from my phone to my hearing aids. Everything comes through so much clearer. Also, they are very comfortable.

    I like these hearing aids. More comfortable than the other brands I tried. I grab them first thing in the morning and wear them all day. I often forget I have them on. The business that help with the hearing test and fitting was great! Would recommend these to anyone!

    I'm sure their hearing aids are top notch. I was informed by the local hearing center they were setting me up with that 1 l. they didn't take my insurance ********* ********* Complete). I sent Hear.com my insurance info to be sure I was covered. And 2. That the Hear.com hearing aids are just rebranded Sigma hearing aids. In other words Hear.com is just a middle man.My dedicated sales person disappeared and got a stream of new people. Then two weeks later I get a text to confirm my appointment with the hearing center.I called them and told the same guy I had previously spoken with and told him he told me he didn't take my insurance. He said he couldn't take my insurance if just came into his office, but he could take it through Hear.com. Being on ******** has made me very aware of the businesses that attempt to take advantage of the system. My experience with Hear.com has left me not trusting them or any of their affiates.

    Terrible experience! Spent more time without them while being repaired or replaced than we had them. The 45 days free trial was up and we had not had the hearing aids for most of that. Problem after problem and they will not refund our money. We went with a different brand so now I am out for 2 sets. I had the entire experience written out with dates and all but it is too long to use here.

    ****, thank you for taking the time to voice your concerns. We are sorry to learn about your negative experience with our services and *****'s hearing aids. Please know that per the Purchase Agreement that your wife signed on 2/23/23, it states that your no-risk 45-day trial ended on 4/09/2023. The hearing aids were not sent in for repair until 4/25/23. The repaired devices were sent back to your provider's office on 5/31/23. They called and left a voicemail for ***** to pick up the devices but did not hear back from you for several days. 

    We cannot accept any returns after the 45-day trial period (which ended over 6 months ago). However, the devices are still under warranty, so I would encourage you to go back to your provider's office to have them serviced.

    Well pleased. Have had other hearing aids in the past which cost several thousand dollars. When I had a problem with them, I took them back to the dealer, who told me they didn't repair them "But we have a new model you will need to purchase". Hear.com did not try to pressure me in to purchasing. They just presented the product; no hype just the simple facts. They let me decide if I felt they were right for me. Based on their presentation, I decided to try them. Could not be happier. They are not the top of the line, but are adequate for what I need. The local technician was very professional and courteous. Couldn't be happier. Brian Johnson

    I am mostly pleased with the hearing aids and the service provided. However I made an appointment for the right hearing aid which isnt working. I attempted to fix the problem to no avail.

    The support and advanced technology of my in ear style of hearing aids works great for my active outdoor lifestyle. I no longer have the issue of my sunglasses and eye glasses causing unwanted feedback I had with my older over the ear style.
