    Having had an in office hearing test years ago, I appreciated having a at home test with high technology equipment. I love the hearing aids for when in a noisy setting I can adjust the hearing direction on my phone. I dont wear them every day, sometimes Im at home alone or doing yard work with no conversations! My **************************************** hearing aids, but the Hear.com aids are out of his financial realm, thats the negative, too costly.

    My third set of hearing aids and the best ones Ive used. They change completely and last my entire waking hours. The app allows them to be controlled for the location providing hearing clarity.

    These hearing aids do not work. Its done on line only. The people do not seem to know what they are doing. They do not work. They are painful in the ear. Cant get help when needed. You are stuck with them as they drag you along until the 45 days are over to get your money back which is **** I believe its another scam.

    The entire process was seemless, lots of contacts by email and phone before the aids arrived, during the 45 day trail period, they let me set up a bi weekly checkup, they even encouraged me to make it weekly if I needed. I've had several follow up contacts after my trial period ended.These are my first hearing aids, so I have nothing to compare them to. But I'm am quite happy with their performance and the user settings on my phone are very intuitive. They are expensive, but I'm glad I pulled the trigger and spent the money. Meetings, phone calls and recreation events are no longer a mystery as to what was said, best of all I can understand my granddaughters when they speak

    Had a defective pair of hearing AIDS throughout my whole trial. I asked to talk to my sales representative and they wouldn't put me through. At this time I do not even have my hearing AIDS. They are in for repair. These things Costly, $6000. And all I need is customer service to try to rectify my problem. They were 2 weeks out of trial. These people were nice at first. Polite and Courteous But now that they got the sale. No, getting any kind of help.my thanks ***** ??

    *****, thank you for taking the time to voice your concerns. After you and I spoke, I brought this to the attention of my management team. They made the decision to deny your trial extension. This is because it was not brought to our attention until two weeks after your trial period had already ended. You have an excellent pair of hearing aids that somehow became defective due to your receiver wires. They are currently at the manufacturer's office getting repaired. Once they are sent back to your provider, they will call you to schedule an appointment.

    This review is written out of sheer frustration with Hear.coms ***************** My actual purchase was seamless. The appointment was made by Hear.coms Representative with an affiliate nearest to my residential location. The purchase included a Three (3) year warranty on the hearing aids. All went well until the affiliate closed its location where my purchase was made. Getting service at a provider other than where I made my purchase will necessitate an Out-of-Pocket expense for me. However, if Hear.com approves the service at another provider near me, I will not have an Out-of-Pocket expense. Ive written numerous emails to Hear.coms **************** dating back to October 2023. I know that my emails were received based on an automatic email response stating that I would hear back within 3-4 days. Well, to date, December 4, 2023, there has been no response to my request. My emails were detailed with information needed to address my request. Service was great until the affiliate closed the location where I made my purchase. The affiliate no longer has a location in my State. It appears that my warranty has no merit at this point. Sometimes a better price is not necessarily worth it. I should have purchased with an established provider rather than Hear.com to enable reliable ***************** It appears that my purchase helped to meet a sales quota. Prior to doing this review I sent a final email to Hear.com alerting them of my frustration, as well as, my pending review. Still, no response.
