5 starsI already had one hearing aid, but realized it was probably due to an update. I contacted hear.com out of curiosity. Actually, it was an easy process and the customer service is phenomenal. The ********************** aids themselves are such an improvement for fit. My previous one kept sort of popping out so I was always checking to make sure it was inserted. These stay in very comfortably. So far, so good!

5 starsConvenient and trustworthy. I live in a rural area miles from specialty healthcare services. With hear.com, it was easy and convenient to get a hearing exam and device fitting. The follow-up was excellent too. In the end, when I decided my hearing wasn't bad enough to justify the expense of hearing aids, the return process was simple. 5 starsAbsolutely fantastic the best set Ive ever had !! Whole process is absolutely painless they supplied everything for the hearing test a complete kit where is the computer screen young man that did my hearing test and evaluation was the greatest. In fact, all the people I have dealt with were absolutely great no pressure whatsoever. Everyone wanted to make sure that these hearing were right for me!!! And they are I really do like them. 5 starsI am very impressed with hear.com. After contacting them they had a phone interview to evaluate my needs. They then sent me a kit for the next step. The hearing test I received online was exceptional. They sent me a Tablet computer and a hearing test kit for them to evaluate my hearing and provide me with hearing aids. After I started to use the hearing aids I did notice a hearing improvement in noisy environments. Late in my trial I decided I was not quite ready for them. I was expecting to be pressured into a purchase, but it was truly a no questions asked return of the hearing aids and a prompt return of my money. They also welcomed me to come back whenever I felt the time was right. Thank you hear.com for a great experience.Hear.com, LLC

5 starsThe whole experience was awesome! In home hearing test with clinic in a box. Everyone on staff super friendly and knowledgeable! Virtual hearing test was a breeze with ************** and he was able to adjust my hearing aids to my hearing at the same appointment. 4 starsFor the most part it was a good experience. The folks on the phone were good to work with and the audiologist via video chat hearing test was far better than I thought it would be. Being old-school, I still miss not having a brick-and-mortar place to go. The hearing-aids haven't completely lived up to the hype, but they are better than my old pair, so I decided to keep them.Hear.com, LLC

4 starsWell, as age goes on your body and mind changes minded about 15 years ago and everybody in the family was tell me you need hearing aids, but the biggest problem was I was still working and not retired, and I was required to wear earplugs and a hardhat and a Cover under the hardhat because it was cold and the wife kept telling me I need hearing aids, and I put off and put off the the first time I had him and put them on, lever changed. My life is when I got here hearing aids in here.com. Brought me back to life you will believe it until you feel it, theres things Ive heard that I never heard in years. I didnt hear the birds I didnt hear the bees or not. I only heard half of what my pastor was saying on Sunday mornings Ill leave you with this the first Sunday I took had my ears on oh to church and warm. I couldnt believe it , I could hear every word what a blessing, thank you here.comHear.com, LLC
