    In mid Nov I began to fill out the passport form on Easy Form Fillers but when I realized they weren't a govt agency I I no longer wanted their assistance. I did not send them anything and yet they took ***** from my acct for doing absolutely nothing. I attempted to email them several times but none of them went through. I would like a refund!

    On November 20, 2024, I was looking to renew my passport and this USAPassportOnline site popped up. I thought I was in the legitimate website of the US Passport offices. I filled out the required information and input my credit card info, thinking I was paying for the passport renewal. They charged me $67.88, which I was led to believe was for my passport renewal fee. I then received a subsequent email indicating I had a prefilled renewal form. When I opened that file is when I realized I had been duped because the instructions included the request for another $130 fee to renew my passport. As soon as I realized this was a scam, I immediately sent a return email to the email address these "instructions" had been mailed from, requesting them to cancel my "application" and refund the $67.88 they charged on my credit card. That reply email got bounced back to me, stating it was an undeliverable email address. I now have disputed this charge with my credit card company. This is a serious scam that needs to be stopped ASAP! They DBA USAPassportOnline and also ******************.

    Used this website thinking I was applying for a passport and it just populated a free form to download and mail to the government.

    Regarding it, we hereby would like to state the following:


    After carrying out all the necessary internal checks, we have not located any customer file under your name or associated with the email address ************************ Similarly, the application reference code AJGXRUKGF0YG does not match the format used by our system. Therefore, it appears that your transaction may have been completed on a different website.


    Please be informed that on our website, we clearly state that we are a private company not affiliated with the **************** This information is prominently displayed in our Terms and Conditions and in disclaimers located at the top and bottom of every page of our website. We strive to be transparent regarding our companys identity and the nature of the services we provide.

    This site is a scam. They portray themselves to be a US government site to renew a passport. I am terrified that they have all of my personal information. They charged me $88.83 to fill out a form I could fill out myself for free. I have filed a complaint with my credit card company and cannot get a hold of anyone at this company. They send you a confirmation email where they are portrayed as Easy Form Filler and the credit card charge states they are *******************. This site should be shut down for fraudulent activity.

    Company claims to file online application to renew your passport, not the case. They simply file a form and make you print it to mail to the US government. I had to put a freeze in all credit bureaus afraid their misleading business practice could lead to identity theft. Horrible way to do business!

    On 11/14/24, I was looking to renew a passport. This website popped up claiming to file renewals online as the federal government. I was charged $69 after giving all of my personal ID (birthday, social security #, address, phone number, passport number. No application was submitted, I was just sent a copy of my information. I was charged for no services provided - and now they have all of my identification info. I'm very anxious about this. I cancelled my credit card and reported this to the fraud department of ***************. Within hours, I received another notice from Easy Form Filer that my charge was refunded. It wasn't refunded - I blocked the payment. Then I blocked Easy Form from my email contacts. Can my identifying information be used by this company?

    Easy Form Filler was contacted by the  fraud department of ****************  I was credited the amount that I paid to Easy Form Filler but do no know what the company/person is doing with all of my private information (birthdate, address, phone number, passport number, social security number, etc.)

    I was searching for US Passport renewal information and landed at this site instead, thinking it was the passport office. Everything about them in the search results made it appear that they WERE the passport office. And everything about them at their website made it appear the they WERE the passport office. It's nearly impossible to tell the difference. I'm out about $80 and they have my information. If the bait and switch activity they're engaging in isn't illegal, it's definitely ethically questionable. I'm pretty good at spotting these scams, but they got me.

    ************************************. looked like real passport renewal. They took my information then change *****. Later found out they are not a legit site

    Was a very misleading scam site that charges money to fill out a form that can be filled out on the state department site for free. In addition to being charged $67.88 for a service they did not provide (they say they help you not have to enter information manually...I had to enter it all manually) I am now terrified they will sell my information.
