    On August 14 I used easyformfiller to fill in information on my passport, thinking it was an official government website and that I was only paying for a **** label to ship my passport. They pose as USA passport online, and I thought this was what the site was, applying for a passport online. Now I see a charge on my card for $67.88. This company is a complete scam, and I didn't even realize it wasn't a federal government site.

    I wanted to renew my passport online but instead it sent me through to print out the information but then charged me ***** for "easy fill" i did not agree to that

    This business disguised themselves as the US Government passport renewal service online and took my private information and money. I need them to delete all of my private information (my SSN, contact information, emergency contact information, etc), and refund me the money. This is fraud and shouldn't be allowed to be sponsored on ******.

    I unfortunately fell for this website while trying to renew my passport in the middle of a move and on a mobile device. I was charged for a service offered for free by the government after following a link on a ****** search that said I could renew my passport online. All I received was a pdf and would still have to send that in which is not an online renewal as I was lead to believe.

    I thought I was on the official passport site and filled out the form and provided sensitive personal information ( address, social security, passport number) and agreed to the prepayment and it did not cover the fees. I am filing a compliant with the company as well. I'm concerned about my mother's information that was submitted via this site and the fact they have my credit card information and charged me for service not provided.

    My wife and I filled out their passport renewal form for my son's passport renewal. We entered payment and personal information. When we submitted the payment, our bank declined the payment mentioning that it could be a fraudulent charge. Then we realized we were not enterting the information at the ********* website. They always show up at the top of a search result on ******, but as a sponsored ad. Very deceiving and ill intentioned business.

    August 12th , I attempted to renew my passport and without realizing it inadvertently used Easy-FormFiller without understanding it was not a government website. The site is designed to appear as though you are completing the necessary steps to renew your passport. It charges a fee that appears to be the official renewal cost. It does NOT state that the cost of for filling out the forms only. After payment, I was simply emailed the standard renewal formsavailable for free on the actual *************** sitealong with instructions to pay the real passport renewal fee separately. This service charges for something that is entirely free, misleading users into believing they are paying for their passport renewal.

    I attempted to renew my passport today 8/14/2025 around 9:30 am. The website did not state that it was a form only site nor did it say it wasn't the actual renewal. I have reached out and no one has responded, this site was clearly committing fraud by not providing any information other than here's the forms to renew and you are all set until it was to late to cancel the order.

    This business has impersonated a website to look like official government website. THIS WAS THE FIRST SITE DISPLAYED IN SEARCH RESULTS ON ******. This is misleading. I didnt know what the charges were for. I submitted a request for refund and never got a response. Reply Email address is now not even valid. No email receipt Of purchase. Credit card charged ***** for a basic form

    This website came across as a legitimate place to renew my passport. I filled out the questions, they then requested $88.00 just for a PDF copy of the actual passport renewal documents, which I did not realize once I had paid the $88.00 that would need to mail everything along with attaching a passport photo and paying $130.00 for the actual renewal fee. I later found out the real legitimate website is all done online with no PDF documents to fill out and the actual and only fee for passport renewal of $130.00 and everything is done online. This was very misleading and I will have to dispute the charge thru my credit card company.

    I am rejecting this response because: they say they have no record but they sent an email with the order #. This business is passing themselves off as the actual **** website of renewing your passport and you dont realize until they send the pdf copy of the forms to send for your passport. This is done when they already collected extra money and you have to pay the official amount of renewing your passport. This is very shady practices and I have been feeling very uneasy because they request a information such as social security numbers, birthdays, and parents info as well.
