    This business posed as a US government website for passport renewal. I filled out the form online on October 27, 2025 under the belief that this was the US government website, and I included extremely personal information such as my SSN. I was charged $88.83 for the application (which I believed was the amount for the passport renewal), including a $22 "passport insurance" fee. At no point on the website did this "business" indicate that this was only to fill out a digital form and create a "passport application package" that I would then have to print out and file with the actual government. This was a complete scam and clear phishing meant to prey on the consumer.

    Company scammed, the U.S Goverment lets you fill out a passport application FOR FREE. They now have your social security number & all ur information. Paid $70 for something that is A SCAM

    I was attempting to renew my passport on the government website and inadvertently ended up using **************************. It is a deceptive website and has collected personal information from me without my knowledge or permission. I would like a refund of the money spent and believe this website should be shut down so others are not scammed by them.

    Easy form filler is a scam that stole my money to do nothing for me. Its a fraud website set up to trick people away from the government website you should do replacement passports applications on.

    Mid Septmber I started the process to renew my passport. I have my photos now and getti g ready to mail but I dont see a receipt from the government. I see this easy form file for ***** which is odd on that date. I would have thought it would list the US Government. So now I am out that money for no service.

    On October 10th, 2025 I used easyformfiller to fill in information on my passport, thinking it was an official government website and that I was only paying for the renewal fee. They pose as USA passport online, and I thought this was what the site was, applying for a passport online. Now I see a charge on my card for $67.88. This company is a complete scam, and I didn't even realize it wasn't a federal government site. I immediately emailed them once I realized that it was a scam. I stated that I wanted a refund, they said that they would refund me and still have not. Beware!

    This business has been reported before. On October ******* I proceeded through the passport application renewal process. After submitting information, I found that this service is free on the US government website. This has been reported as a scam recently and the website needs to be shut down. They are collecting personal information on individuals while also charging them for a service that is provided by the US government for free.

    I was directed to ************************************ after submitting an application to renew my passport and was charged $67.88, only after receiving a notification from my credit card company that this was not a real service. I had to report fraud on my account and get a new credit card.

    This website promotes itself as a way to submit the initial part of a passport application online and is deceptive in the way the website shows itself. All this service provided was a PDF filled document that is not even eligible to be submitted as an official passport application. This site collects social security numbers and other extremely sensitive information and should be shut down. My wife and I paid $85.83 each and no real service was provided.
