    On July 5, 2025 I was looking to renew passports for my family. The first search result came up and looked to be an official government website.I filled out the forms as paid a fee that I assumed was the passport fee. 2 $88.83 changes and one $85 charge, not until I paid, hit submit and received a PDF of the forms and instructions to then pay additional fees at the post office did I realize this was to simply pre fill the form that is free! When I got to the post office I was also informed 2 of the forms were incorrect forms.This company is impersonating a government site and misleading people while collecting money and personal information. I have contacted them to request a refund and I have issued a dispute with my cc company but no resolution yet.

    I wanted to renew my passport and was somehow redirected to Easy Form Filler. I completed the forms without realizing that it was not the US Passport application. I do not want my information to be shared, I want my credit card information removed and I would like a refund. The order ID was ************, and they charged my account $67.88.

    I am making a complaint against Easy Filler *********************. I have reached out to.get a refund for their service and also asked for my personal information to be removed and all the emails come back as undeliverable. I am seeking refund of my $88,83 and info removed.

    I googled US Passport and clicked on the first and most popular site. It turned out to be a scam from ************************************. On 07/7/2025 I was charged ***** to fill out a passport form. I wasnt aware that this was a scam at the time but when I got the email saying to print out the form and take it somewhere else to actually get the passport, I realized it was fake. This is a known scam site apparently, would hope for the site to be taken down.

    Applying for a passport and was somehow redirected to Easy Form Filler. I was not notified of a charge and I am still not certain how I got onto this site. I never intended nor did want their services. It is very deceptive and I did not need the help of this site to fill out the form.

    The company responded to my email and says they are crediting it back to my account.  I would like to leave the complaint open until the money is credited back.    Typing “passport” always takes you to this site where it looks completely legitimate but in tiny print it says it is not related to government site.  Should not be allowed.

    Charged me 68 dollars for paper work I never received it and Ive been trying to dispute the charger

    This website is a complete SCAM. I thought it was reputable at first because it was the first suggestion in ******. Now they have all of my personal information. I paid on the legitimate US Government website to renew my passport and I am seeking a full refund.

    When I was searching for US Passport Renewal- this was the first site. ****************************** I have to be honest because I feel so stupid for not realizing this was a service that charged $88.83 to fill out a form and generate a label, and didnt actually provide the renewal service that IS available through the us government. My bank card initially declined, but I thought the charge was from the government site.

    Similar to the other complaints, this website scams users into believing they are on the government website and steals their money and personal information including passport numbers and SSNs. I have filed a complaint with the company and have heard back nothing yet.

    I went to renew my passport online. I submitted all the information on the website and printed out the application but when I went to take my passport picture, the staff said that the application was not valid. I was told I still owed $122 only check and money order but this place where I completed the passport application charged me $88.83. They charged me June 24th, 2025 and I completed the application June 17th, 2025. The confirmation number given was VC9KWBKB8K6G
