    I needed to renew my and my husband's passports and order a new passport for our daughter. On 4/19/25 I did a search in ****** and this company was first to show up. They are disguised as a government site and I did not realize until I had to schedule the passport photos that I did not infact use a government site to process our passport applications. I received emails with our passport applications and order comfirmation numbers for the 3 of us (POX6PR4TAOWG, YAVNQC8XHD14, MK0NMLWVJGJK); however, I never received confirmation or receipt of payment and had to review bank statments to gather that information. I was charged $85.83 for each order, totaling $257.49. Those charges went through on 4/23/25. I did email the company asking for a full refund and for them to delete my and my family's accounts/ information from their database, as they gathered highly sensitive information including SSNs, Passport numbers, and credit card information.

    On March 7 2025 I applied for a passport I wanted to do expedited shipping which was $60 and the processing fee which was ***** when informed from the actual **************** that my application should have been free and that I had applied through a third party company and should recieve my money back (no acknowledgement of that) this company told me that the $***** that was tooken from me is simply for the FREE APPLICATION and that the option for expedited shipping has nothing to do with them due to not being able to accept government fees. I requested a refund for them to tell me I had 60 days to request a refund even though we are maybe 2 weeks over the due date. Im angry because why give me the option for expedited shipping when it clearly had nothing to do with so. So now I have to pay more money for passport and expedited shipping on top of another $35 application fee which is absurb when I just spat out ***** FOR THIS APPLICATION FEE why would I be charged again please refrain from using this company Im waiting for a supervisor if there is one to reach out and recrify this issue the employees have been NO HELP at all

    I was under the belief that I was renewing my US Passport. I gave my information and submitted and paid. It was a "courier service" that had charged me $67.88 to provide me with my actual US passport forms all filled out for me. Now they have all my information - identity theft.

    I just did my global entry application and then remembered that I needed to renew my passport. I typed in passport renewal and this was the first option. At no point in time did it state that it was a "form filler" and that I was giving all of my sensitive information to a 3rd party that did not state that they would not be selling that information. All information that if it got out would make your life h*** for the next few months or even years were given out and, again, was there nothing that obviously stated that they were not associated with the United States government. I paid $67.88 to "************************************", which if the website was that, I definitely would not have spent that money, or put ANY OF MY SENSITIVE INFORMATION OUT THERE. I would like my money back and to know that I will not be chasing around for the next year trying to make sure no one has my ss number, address, mother's maiden name, etc.

    This website uses deceiving marketing to mimic a US government agency. I want to cancel my order and get my money back.

    Like many other complaints on here, Easy Form Filler False falsely advertised passport renewal services and collected $80+ for a form that is free from the **** website is designed to give the pretense that you are paying for a passport renewal. They are being intentionally misleading & operating as a fraudulent business. I have contacted my bank and reported the business to the **************** as fraud. I attempted to obtain a refund and was just sent a redundant e-mail and form package.They use e-mail addresses like ***************************************** like 2025 USPassportAndVisa.     This website was posing as the United States passport renewal website. I gave them my personal information including my social security number thinking this website was legit. I paid the $86 and then realized it was a fake website, not the legitimate United States passport website. I am looking for a refund. Remove this website as it is extremely misleading.

    We are counsel for **************** and it has come to our attention that the website Easy Form Filler <********************************************> has fraudulently listed the contact information for the Build A Sign brand ALLIED SHIRTS as its own primary contact information. As a result, our client has received numerous complaints from users of the Easy Form Filler website. The deceptive appropriation and misuse of Build A Sign's contact information was unknown to and in no way authorized by Build A Sign. We need this deceptive practice to stop immediately.
