    This website promotes itself as a way to submit the initial part of a passport application online and is deceptive in the way the website shows itself. All this service provided was a PDF filled document that is not even eligible to be submitted as an official passport application. This site collects social security numbers and other extremely sensitive information and should be shut down. My wife and I paid $85.83 each and no real service was provided.

    Date: 10/01/2025. Amount: $67.88. The website is noted online as a scam and I submitted sensitive information in order for them to complete forms that I could have done for free. The website was misleading and I thought I was submitting an online renewal not just having forms generated. They have name, date of birth, SSN and credit card information.

    I was trying to renew my daughter's passport and thought I was on the ****************** website, but I was on a highly misleading website that made it look like I was on the correct site. I was charged $64.88 by ********************************** and all I got was a form printed out with my own personal information. If I knew I was not on the correct website, I wouldn't have completed the form.

    On 9/17/25 I visited Easy Form Filler website in reference to applying for a passport. I filled out the form and printed it out and was charged $64.88. On 9-23-25 I took my filled out form to the ******************** only to be told I was scammed. The women I spoke with said there is no charge to fill out a passport application. I am hoping I can dispute the charge on my account.

    On Sept. ******* I filled out the application for a passport, not realizing that the site I went to was only a site for filling out the application and not a valid passport application site. I was billed for a form filler cost of $85.32 which I thought was the cost of the passport application. I tried to call the number on the charge to get it cancelled, but the number ************** showed up on caller ID a U TUBE and the line was busy every time I attempted to call.

    I provided extremely sensitive personal information to a website masquerading as the US passport renewal website. They charged me $88.83, which I am in the process of disputing, and all they did was "fill out the form" I would have submitted myself to the ****************. I've reported them to the *** and have locked and frozen as much of my personal information as I can.

    I made four purchases for passports on Easy Filler on August 4 -5, 2025. I thought I was filling out forms to get passports for my family. I spent $88.83 + ***** + ***** + *****= $254.64 ************ got me nothing, but typed information on the passport sheets. I could have done this all for free. The website does not indicate that these services can be done for free at local locations. I received nothing for $254.64. The website only gives a phone number if you are a customer. I had to search my receipts to get their phone number. I hope that when I call on Monday, Ill get a refund.

    This website is a scam/imposter site to the actual US passport site. You think you are submitting a US Passport application including expediting fees, but all you are doing is filling out a form to print and submit to a post office at which point you pay the actual fees due. This company will never send you a receipt for the fees you paid or respond to your inquiries.

    I recently renewed my passport and filled out the form online which was then emailed to be to print out. I was under the impression I was doing this on a government website, but then saw a charge for $88.83 on 9/4/25 from Easy Form File Com. After researching online, I now see that this company charges you to fill out the passport renewal form that is actually free. I had no idea I would be charged other than the $160 fee to renew the passport in the check I sent to the state dpt, and did not know this site was not directly affiliated with that process. This was extremely misleading.

    I was trying to apply for my and my fiances passport online , and this was the first link that came up. I thought this was the official website I was supposed to use. I thought I was being charged the application fee, but it turns out this is a charge that was not needed. I typed in all of our information and want to make sure they arent going to use my social security information for anything
