    This website is a scam/imposter site to the actual US passport site. You think you are submitting a US Passport application including expediting fees, but all you are doing is filling out a form to print and submit to a post office at which point you pay the actual fees due. This company will never send you a receipt for the fees you paid or respond to your inquiries. Dont get duped like I did.

    This website imitates a government website but is NOT. They charged me $88.83 for a PDF form that was emailed to me which does not include the application fee! So now they have all my personal information including my social security number! Their url is *************************?! How would people know this is not a legitimate business? How is this legal?! But when your charged the bill states **************************. ! This is shameful and very shifty. I want my money back!

    I attempted to renew my passport today with the US government. This site disguises itself as if it were the actual site to process the renewal and instead charged $88.83 just to file the forms that we can easily do for free! I was under the impression that I was processing my renewal through the correct government site. This site even uses a .org URL. It is intentionally misleading and I can see many many complaints against the company made with the BBB. How is this site still allowed to scam the American people? I would like my money back and this company to be made to pay for what it is, a fraud.

    This company is posing as a government agency collecting money for passport renewals. They scammed me , and to find out many others, out of $88. This should be a crime and they should not be allowed to operate as a business. If you are reading this and you too have been scammed by this company, please contact me. I have reached out to an attorney about a class action lawsuit.

    This is a scam website that makes you think youre paying a fee to file your passport paperwork.

    Searched for official passport renewal site, was taken to this site. Entered all my personal information, everything, and they emailed it back in an old unusable passport form that I had to send to the gov. ***** to contact customer service and no access. Would like my money back and all my personal data deleted.

    On March 18th, 2025, I used this service to fill out passport documents online while under the impression that this website was used by the government to assist in preparing documents for consumers. They charged me for the acquisition cost of a passport, as well as expedited processing and shipping. It cost me $85.83. They were operating under the name US Passport and ***** In reality, the website simply filled my provided information into a PDF file that cannot even be used as a proper application for a passport. The website had no contact information and does not appear to exist anymore. I have found no other way to contact the business. The email which was sent to me encourages me to reply to it if I have any questions, yet the replies find no recipient. They used blatant false advertising and posed as the government in order to gather my information and give me forms which were useless to me without providing any of the passport-related services which I was promised. Thank you for your assistance in resolving this matter.

    This company fooled me into thinking I was applying for a passport renewal at a government website, but it turns out that I paid an $88.83 fee for them to just fill out the application, which was emailed to me! And none of that fee is applied to my actual passport renewal application. Very deceptive practice, and now they have all of my information including my social security number!! I can't believe that they're allowed to do this!

    What a scam. I was lead to believe that the $85 I paid towards getting my passport applied to the $130 fee required to file. The form is available for free online, and I was directed to the "official" site after submitting my payment for this. This is a scam and an imposter of a government site.

    Easy Form Filler False falsely advertised passport renewal services and collected $80+ for a form that is free from the gov. ******* website is designed to give the pretense that you are paying for a passport renewal when that is not at all the case. They are being intentionally misleading & practicing bad business. I have contacted ****** via email but for redundancy submitting here as well.
