    When I was searching for US Passport Renewal- this was the first site. ****************************** I have to be honest because I feel so stupid for not realizing this was a service that charged $88.83 to fill out a form and generate a label, and didnt actually provide the renewal service that IS available through the us government. My bank card initially declined, but I thought the charge was from the government site.

    Similar to the other complaints, this website scams users into believing they are on the government website and steals their money and personal information including passport numbers and SSNs. I have filed a complaint with the company and have heard back nothing yet.

    The company used the passport gov site I thought I was on us gov site for passport. This should not be allowed

    On Saturday, June 21, 2025, I mistakenly paid $88.83 and thought I submitted the official renew passport application form to the official government website. I realized once this company emailed me, it was not the official website. They did not include a transaction receipt but my card was charged. This company is listed first and they ask for all the required and sensitive information that's required to renew your official passport. There's no phone number to call this business, which is very concerning. I'm requesting a full refund for this transaction since I was misled. Also, I'm requesting my information be deleted from their system.

    I went to renew my passport online. I submitted all the information on the website and printed out the application but when I went to take my passport picture, the staff said that the application was not valid. I was told I still owed $122 only check and money order but this place where I completed the passport application charged me $88.83. They charged me June 24th, 2025 and I completed the application June 17th, 2025. The confirmation number given was VC9KWBKB8K6G

    While in a rush & after googling to remind myself how to get a passport, I stupidly clicked on the top result which was ********************* and proceeded to fill out the info to get a passport for my son. After I completed the purchase & printed off the filled DS-11 forms ( I have done a passport before but a long time ago), I started to realize my mistake. I then searched out & found other online complaints about this business/website being a scam. I froze my credit card immediately, but I am more concerned about my son's personal info. I have just got off the phone with their customer svc who says she is sending us email confirmation that they are deleting his info from their data & cancelling the charge, but it is very disappointing that if this is a known scam website, that it is allowed to remain as the top returned search suggested website. I even came across a BBB article (too late unfortunately) warning against this business. I am concerned about my son's personal data now.

    I was renewing my passport and got scam by this website called easy form filler. I disputed with my bank and did got a refund, but they took it back after 1-2 weeks. So that means I dispute it but didnt get a refund.. They also took my information, most importantly my ssn. I also want them to delete my information. Its really ridiculous how they scam my money and my informations.

    Same issue as everyone else. They advertise that the form would be fully filled out and no more fees will be required. Not only did they not mention this was just to help you fill out the form but they also mislead you into thinking they were an official government website. They have all my information.

    6/21/2025 amount $85.83 was charged and is fraudulent. Has been verified as website not connected to passports and website should be deleted by now. I need my info deleted from the account. Has SSN,birth date and address. Just want to make sure my information is protected. I already got ahold of my bank to inform

    On 6/18/25, I was trying to renew my passport. I was directed to EasyFormFiller website and entered all of my personal information and then paid over $80. I thought that money was for my passport renewal fee. I learned later that it wasnt. This company essentially got me to enter all of my sensitive personal information and then charged me $80 to fill out a form that is FREE on government websites. This website needs to be SHUT DOWN. I have contacted the company via email asking them to remove my information and refund my card. I will also be contacting my bank. The charge is still pending as of 6/21/25.
