    On July 6th I attempted to renew my passport. The internet search listed this site first, which appeared to be the government's passport site. After filling out the form online and agreeing to pay $88 I discovered that the form was not delivered to the passport agency, my personal information had been collected, and my credit card billed. Thankfully my credit card bank declined payment. I *** the company a complain, A return email stated they created a ticket on my behalf. But, since then, no reply or assurance that my personal information was not compromised.

    On July 5, 2025 I was looking to renew passports for my family. The first search result came up and looked to be an official government website.I filled out the forms as paid a fee that I assumed was the passport fee. 2 $88.83 changes and one $85 charge, not until I paid, hit submit and received a PDF of the forms and instructions to then pay additional fees at the post office did I realize this was to simply pre fill the form that is free! When I got to the post office I was also informed 2 of the forms were incorrect forms.This company is impersonating a government site and misleading people while collecting money and personal information. I have contacted them to request a refund and I have issued a dispute with my cc company but no resolution yet.

    I wanted to renew my passport and was somehow redirected to Easy Form Filler. I completed the forms without realizing that it was not the US Passport application. I do not want my information to be shared, I want my credit card information removed and I would like a refund. The order ID was ************, and they charged my account $67.88.

    I am making a complaint against Easy Filler *********************. I have reached out to.get a refund for their service and also asked for my personal information to be removed and all the emails come back as undeliverable. I am seeking refund of my $88,83 and info removed.

    Transaction completed on July 5th 2025 at 2:12pm.I filled out personal information and payed a fee of $85.83 usd. I received an inaccurate form and when I tried to correct it I couldn't access the link. When trying to email, which was how they wanted to receive questions, I received an email back stating that it didn't exist. This is a scam. I got the wrong information and they have information about me and my family. I want my money back and all the personal information deleted immediately.

    Went through federal website for a passport and was charged a fee that did not go towards application fee. I would like insurance that my daughters personal information is also deleted from their database.

    I googled US Passport and clicked on the first and most popular site. It turned out to be a scam from ************************************. On 07/7/2025 I was charged ***** to fill out a passport form. I wasnt aware that this was a scam at the time but when I got the email saying to print out the form and take it somewhere else to actually get the passport, I realized it was fake. This is a known scam site apparently, would hope for the site to be taken down.

    This company represents itself as the US government and collects personal information for passport renewal when in fact they only thing you get for the $88 fee is a printout to submit you passport renewal only after you realize they have all your personal information.

    May 11, 2025 I paid $89.00 and its a scam website. The passport application its not connected to passports what so ever.
