    I was under the belief that I was renewing my US Passport. I gave my information and submitted and paid. It was a "courier service" that had charged me $67.88 to provide me with my actual US passport forms all filled out for me. Now they have all my information - identity theft.

    I needed to renew my passport. I ******* and this website came up. I thought I was entering my very sensitive information into the government website but it ended up charging me for a free service. I asked for a refund immediately, and they have not responded. I want a refund and for them to delete my information as I feel like this is a scam and they are not responding.

    Date of transaction, 5/25/25 This website which was masking under the website name ********************* was the first result on ****** when I searched for passport renewal online. This website was fraudulent in their name, misleading and deceptive in their services. This is a scam, the website should be shut down. I thought I was submitting an online renewal application, which is what the instructions were telling me on this website at each step and submission. Turns out they send you the passport forms and charge you $88.83 for it, and steal all of your confidential personal information.

    This business popped up first on ****** when I typed in official government site for renewing my passport online. I looked for the **** before I clicked on the link and it was there. Somehow I was redirected to their form filler site which charged me $67.78 to generate a free form for me to fill out . The most alarming thing is they requested all my personal information like SS number , passport number and credit card information, information about my parents date and place of birth . Its such a sophisticated scam that it appears totally legit . I am so worried about identity theft. I contacted them by phone and received an email stating their site clearly states at the bottom it has a not affiliated with any official government agency. The best they could offer me was a 25% discount on my charge. They promised all personal information is deleted in 3 days but I could request it be deleted sooner, I am a senior citizen and not all that computer savvy but I am very careful about scams. This is the first time I have ever been duped . I will contact my ********** and report this charge as a fraud , but I am most worried about my sensitive information and am wondering if I should contact the passport office and report my passport as compromised and also do that with my CC and contact SS to report this scam. Please help me and help others by putting this company out of business. Thank you

    I visited **********************, mistaking it for an official government site due to its design and branding, which closely resemble legitimate government websites. Although a small disclaimer notes the site is not affiliated with the government, it's easy to overlook. I paid $88.83 believing I was renewing my passport, only to find I had paid for someone to fill out a free government form. The site misleads users by mimicking official services and collected extensive personal informationname, address, date of birth, parental details, and Social Security Numberunder false pretenses. Attempts to reach customer service for a refund were unsuccessful. Numerous similar complaints on the BBB suggest a pattern of deceptive practices. I've disputed the charge with my credit card company and am now concerned about potential identity theft.

    This freaking website looks JUST like the US passport renewal website. This site should be taken down as it's a freaking scam. I was charge $68 dollars and they took my SSN. I want my money back and assurances that my info has been deleted and will not be used.

    This is a misleading website meant to deceive people into believing they are renewing their passport when they are instead paying to have the paperwork filled in for them. Transaction occurred: 05-20-2025

    I just did my global entry application and then remembered that I needed to renew my passport. I typed in passport renewal and this was the first option. At no point in time did it state that it was a "form filler" and that I was giving all of my sensitive information to a 3rd party that did not state that they would not be selling that information. All information that if it got out would make your life h*** for the next few months or even years were given out and, again, was there nothing that obviously stated that they were not associated with the United States government. I paid $67.88 to "************************************", which if the website was that, I definitely would not have spent that money, or put ANY OF MY SENSITIVE INFORMATION OUT THERE. I would like my money back and to know that I will not be chasing around for the next year trying to make sure no one has my ss number, address, mother's maiden name, etc.
