    This company charges to file a form that I have to file myself. I thought I was on a federal website to renew my passport.

    This company presented like they are a government website for a passport. They charged me $85.83 to provide me a form that is offered for free at the government website. I asked for a refund and they informed me they would give me 25% off. I informed them I wanted a full refund. I am waiting to hear back.

    This is a scam.. fraudulent site doing identity theft and credit card theft. They need to delete my info and they need to be investigate and charged for criminal activities

    I Googled the online application for my daughter's first passport and it directed me to a website that I paid for the application and it's expedited services and was charged ***** from My checking account and the next day I attended the appointment at the post office and found out I had been scammed by free form filler

    The webpage pretends to be a government website for passport application ********************************************************************* .I was in a hurry trying to renew a passport. This webpage (*****************************************)) popped up in a ****** search. Both its url and the way the webpage is designed made me believe that is a US department of state webpage. It asked for social security number, birthdate, and all other relevant information that are reasonable for a passport application. At the end it asked for a credit card payment of $64.88. I wasn't sure what the payment was for, but I paid anyway, not paying close enough attention. After the payment, a page popped up telling me that I will receive a filled out form in my email address. I did not receive a form. When I arrived at my **** appointment, the lady at the counter told me that I was scammed. She said that I was not the only one who was scammed this way.I immediately filed a complaint with FTC, the Wisconsin State General and BBB. After that a form arrived in my email, but appears to be from "easy-form-filler.com". On my credit card, the charge of $64.88 is by "passport-assist.com". Both differ from the webpage where I entered the information. This is classic scamming act.

    On April 4, 2024, I was charged ***** by Easy-Form-Filler for what I thought was a passport renewal. They misrepresented what they were charging for and I'd like a refund. I have been unable to reach the company.

    I was able to reach the company and they offered to refund me 25% of the cost. I told them that was unacceptable and that I had put a hold on the payment with Amex and contacted the BBB. Then they offered 50% reimbursement. I said no. Then they agreed, quite politely, to refund the full amount which appeared on my Amex statement a days later. It was a scam charge and they have a scammy way of offering partial reimbursement but if you insist on full refund, they will ***** it. Awful business. Thanks!

    On 3-13-2024 I paid Easy Form Filler $67.88 thinking I was paying the ****************** to renew my passport. Their site is very misleading. They should not be allowed to be in business. They are ripping people like me off.

    This sit3 advertised to renew USA passport. It appears as a legitimate govt site, but it takes your money and you still have to file with government to get passport. It is a well constructed site. I was easily deceived that it was a governmen5 website. I would like a refund and to have all of my personal information deleted.
