    MUST READ.This is a complete scam I want a full refund because you are led to believe that this website will submit you passport information to the state government for a passport. Charging you around 200$ absolutely ridiculous. *** contacted my lawyer because this third party website could be selling peoples information for all we know. Making people spend that much money on a piece of paper I can fill out myself is absolutely ridiculous. **************** was absolutely no help and Im expecting all of my money back. Charges will be pressed if I do not receive my full refund amount as well as someone contact me immediately. This website should be shutdown for fraud. It also states in the instructions that 160$ was given to the US department of state if so why am I paying twice. Not to mention I am a retired veteran so flat out lying about it being given to the state is absolutely outrageous. I never signed or checked off anything stating it was a third party website. I now not only have to deal with legal action as well as contacting Equifax so no one can open new credit cards. ABSOLUTELY INSANE.

    This is a passport scam. They charge you for your passport information and are NOT government associated

    This site is a scam. They portray themselves to be a US government site to renew a passport. I am terrified that they have all of my personal information. They charged me $88.83 to fill out a form I could fill out myself for free. I have filed a complaint with my credit card company and cannot get a hold of anyone at this company. They send you a confirmation email where they are portrayed as Easy Form Filler and the credit card charge states they are passport-assist.com. This site should be shut down for fraudulent activity.

    Was able to get in touch with customer service via email. I did receive a response that my order would be refunded, However, I do believe that this business should have a disclaimer that this is a service to simply fill out a form that you can fill out for free on the government website. Their site is misleading customers. I dont want to see anyone else spending money $88 to simply auto fill a form that I could have done myself for free very easily. The company should clearly state that they are not the official government passport site and that the fee they are charging is simply to auto fill out the form ($88 to do something that takes literally three minutes yourself). This seems fraudulent. Thank you.

    Transaction date: 6/10/2024 I thought this was the official site to apply for my passport book. Now I've lost my hard earned money- to that I wanted to put towards my passport- to a scam sight that had gov at the end of their website. How is that even allowed.

    On February 20th I used easy form filler without realizing that I was not utilizing a government site. The site appears as if you are completing everything you need to be able to renew your passport. They then proceed to charge you as if it is the renewal fee. After completing this, I was emailed all the paperwork that is free to complete via the actual government website with the instructions to pay the real renewal fee for my passport. This website is charging to do something that is completely free with the pretense that it is what is needed to be able to renew your passport.

    Site poses as a passport renewal site but does not perform the service. It attempted to charge me a fee. Luckily my bank caught it and warned me so I cancelled the transaction, my card, and froze my credit. Im most worried that they now have all my personal info like Social security, names and birth info for me and family members, etc.

    I attempted to renew my passport. I was charged ***** and no email sent or information given on how to go about printing out the forms. If this doesn't renew my passport then I would like to have a refund for my amount. The charge was made on 04/22/2024. If this is just a form website it is misleading and can be reported as a scam to the BBB. Please refund my money and if any other charges are incurred I will let you know.Thanks ***********************************

    I googled us passport for info and was led to a scam site called easy-form-filler.com. I believed I was submitting the payment to the government but found out later this site has committed fraud against a lot of people due to looking like a government site and then taking peoples private information and charging $64.88 for a free service. They need to be stopped and permanently taken down. I want a full refund.

    This website charges $77 to fill out the passport renewal form, not to even file it. They do not state they are a third party and have access to sensitive information. You then have to turn around and file the paperwork yourself and pay another $130 to renew your passport. It is very misleading and illegal.
