    I paid them $ ***** on November 14, 2024 at 4:48 PM (EST) for my passport renewal. I was ******* to get the renewal completed and was without any doubt misled to believe this was the *************** site for renewing my passport. My wife unfortunately had been putting all notices in her rolltop desk in our loft for the past several months and she passed away from stage 4 pancreatic cancer on October 5th so I have this week just started going through everything, thus finding the expired passport yesterday. I did not realize this fraudulent company was not part of the *************** until I got my picture this morning and was preparing to send the paperwork to get an updated passport to notice I had to write out a check to the **********************. This company is very misleading and basically performing criminal activity!!

    On Sunday, November 10, 2024, I clicked on the first option for filing for a replacement passport online and followed the instructions. All information and formatting on the site was in line with official passport templates. The site was Fast Form Filler and in processing the transaction, they charged me to use their platform to complete the passport renewal form online, and then sent me a PDF of the forms for me to print and MAIL to the US ***************** charging me $68 for this ridiculous service. Their marketing and representation of their services was misleading and egregious, and they appear in a fashion that makes them see to be the official site for filing this information online.

    On 11/12/24, I was looking to renew a passport. Upon searching, this website popped up claiming to file renewals online as the federal government. It indeed is not a legal website and charges for something you can do for free on the real website. No application was submitted. Charged for no services provided.

    On November 2nd, I filled out an application to get a new US passport using ************************************. I did not realize at the time I was not required to use ************************************ to make a passport application nor did I need to pay a fee associated with using this website. I had also spent money on an expedited fee to get my passport sent to my house in two weeks only to be told by an official who works with the department of state that only a check to the department of state for the expedited fee is accepted. I had $85.83 towards a service that was not needed and masked as part of a government officiated process.

    THE BUSINESS DECEIVED ME INTO BELIEVING I WAS PAYING TO RENEW MY PASSPORT. WHAT THE BUSINESS WAS REALLY DOING WAS PROVIDING FREE PASSPORT FORMS. THE BUSINESS TOOK $67.88 X 2 FROM ME. THIS OCCURRED ON 11/09/2024. THIS BUSINESS IS FRAUDULENT AND A TOTAL SCAM! THE BUSINESS REFUSES TO DISCUSS THE MATTER.

    The site represents itself as the State Department Passport renewal. At the end of the application it only provides a form to send to the state department. (I can get this for free). Deceptive in the services

    Easy form filler is a website disguised as a passport agency. After filling out the form and submitting my payment, it turns out the $65 I spent was just for them to fill out the form

    This website misrepresented itself as an official government entity when I was trying to renew my passport. I had no idea that the website was fake or illicit until I was asked for the receipt by my company. Please Help!

    Date of transaction was 10/22/2024.This company made it seem like it was part of the process to renew a passport and not an option. It's actually free on the government website to renew a passport. It was completely deceptive and a terrible way to do business.
