      First off I must say both delivery and pickup drivers of the POD were great. That's where the praise for this company ends. My POD was delivered on 9/29/23. I was told the delivery fee was free. Which it was. I wanted a 12 foot container but received a 16 foot in error. I was charged $298.77 that day for the first months storage although the container could not be picked up until 10/4 due to their calendar being full. On 10/29 I was charged another $288.12 for the next months storage. I thought that was odd since they didnt start storing my items until 10/04. On 11/1 two days later I had the POD delivered which cost an additional $126.74. Total cost for 32 days $713.63 and I just received another bill today for $176.85 for Delivery Adjustment and Storage Adjustment. Bringing the total to 890.48 for one months dealings with PODS. The latest bill prompted me to contact the Better Business Bureau and they recommended I leave a review so here I am. I may still complain to the Attorney General. It seems like something deceptive is going on. I would not recommend PODS at all unless you have money to burn.

      The initial quote was reasonable, but they were late dropping my POD by a couple of hours with no notification. I waited all day for it. The day it was to be delivered to my house the driver called and said I need a permit in my town. It would seem to me if the driver knows I need a permit then the company should know and never allowed me to have it delivered in the first place. They instead took my POD to their warehouse and I had to rent a U-haul and hire some movers to help me unload and then load into my house. And they still charged me the delivery fee which was about twice as much as the original quote that I was given online. They also refused to refund me for the delivery side. The call center is in another country and you have no interaction with the movers unless they contact you. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. Better off to pay about the same or a little more for a local moving company.

      Good initial service but post sale it's incredibly difficult to reach them with very long hold times. Service reps do their best but are limited by ridiculous policies, like not letting you know until the night before when the *** will be delivered. We couldn't hire off loaders without a specific time so were forced to keep the container an extra day which pushed us into weekend rates and additional costs of $200+. And they couldn't give us a pickup time either, so it was possible they might pick it up before we were able to unload it. So much additional and unnecessary stress! All the positive qualities were outweighed by the difficult delivery arrangements. To add insult to injury, BEWARE they do not prorate rent after 11th day of the rental period. A cross country move takes 14 days so the odds are good they won't have to do a refund. In my book, this shows a lack of corporate integrity to keep money for storage services that were not provided. I would not use PODS again or recommend them due to these fixable, non-customer oriented policies. The two stars go to the service folks trying so hard, especially the delivery driver who personally intervened to make sure *** wasn't pickup up too early on day two.

      I am in receipt of your correspondence concerning PODS customer, ****************************   On November 7th, 2023, contact to discuss the issue was initiated with *************************** to address service & billing concerns in order to work toward a resolution. 



      We place tremendous value on our customers and strive to attain the highest standards in the industry.  We sincerely regret any inconvenience that *************************** may have endured.   PODS Enterprises, LLC prides itself on its quality customer service and we regret that *************************** experienced anything less.  We sincerely apologize for any instance where a customer is not completely satisfied with a PODS experience.  When a customer notifies our company of a less than satisfactory experience, we endeavor to review the processes that gave rise to the customer feedback and take appropriate measures to address their comments.

      I am not sure if this is the correct location but I rented a pod from PODS to store some of my furniture. First off, when the delivered the PODS container to my house the bent my flag pole so that it is unrepairable and unuseable. I filed a claim and sent pictures which they promptly denied responsibility for. I am absolutely certain the flag pole came was cause by the PODS people, flag pole was straight before the PODS was delivered and bent beyond repair after the delivery of the PODS. I recently received my PODS back with my belongings. As I was unpacking the PODS I became aware that water had somehow gotten into the PODS and onto my belongings. Unfortunately, most of these items are antiques and cannot be replaced. I had two good quality couches that may be able to be repaired but as they have mold, etc on them I cannot even bring them into my house at this point. I have sent pictures documenting the damage and the damaged PODS container that allowed my belongings to be ruined. The PODS had a large hole in the roof that allowed water inside. If this claim goes anything like the previous one, I do not have high expectations and think people should be aware of the possible damage and loss that can occur when entrusting your belongings to the PODS people.

      In other words I am screwed and you could not care less as long as you are still making money. Just like every other corporation it's all about the money not the customers. My rating for Pods is an F- as in complete and utter failure to provide the service you promised and that I payed for..

      We move from ******* to ********* and went with PODS highest priced top listed movers they recommended, to pack our pod. They did a terrible job, besides ***** on almost everything, they broke my sewing machine which was packed in a separate box into pieces. They claimed they could not pack our ROKU TV because it had glass, even though they packed an older tv which also had glass as did 2 cabinets!! We ended up GIVING our ROKU TV to one of the movers. Despite having NUMEROUS pads, we even had pads left over, they did not pad our kitchen chairs which had numerus rubs on them We filed a claim with pods and they denied giving us anything calling it normal wear and tear moving! Our sons have moved us before many times and we never had even ONE of these types of damage. The ********* movers were great!

      Thank you. We appreciate that you are looking into this. We trusted the movers Pods recommended especially the highest recommended and highest priced ones which is who we got. We have two customer service numbers. ******************* I think the last number is the right one. We rescheduled and the first number might be the first time we scheduled . Horrific move.

      Terrible , terrible service , customer service associates can BARELY SPEAK ENGLISH!!! They have messed up my account so bad . I have explicitly asked to speak with a supervisor concerning my account , and the associate refused!!!!!! They dont have my address correct ! I cant access my account, poor service and the wait times are horrendous!! Ive waited over an hour multiple times.

      They cancelled my shipment on the day it was supposed to leave with a bogus claim about a missing form that ** submitted six months earlier. They had six full months to tell me theyd lost the form and didnt do so until the day my shipment was scheduled to leave. Luckily I had an email from six months earlier acknowledging that theyd received the form. Then they promised expedited shipping which was a falsehood: it never happened. They also offered a 25% refund for my troubles which I accepted. Then I was only refunded 15%. I was promised a callback three days ago, which also never happened. They still havent delivered my container or contacted me. Pods has lied to me, then lied again to placate me, and then kept on lying. Unbelievable. How is it possible that this scam show gets an A+ from BBB???

      My PODS experience was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. When booking the **** they answer the phone right away and provide great service. Once you have paid them, the story drastically changes. They only provide a national number and you can be on hold for 45 minutes to an hour. They offer to call you back to avoid being on hold, but that can take upwards of 4-5 hours or even the next day. I had issues with not being able to get the *** door open and could not reach anyone. They have a chat feature available on the website but every time I tried to use it no agents were available. I had to drive down to the local PODS facility to actually talk to anyone. When we finally got the door open, many of my belongings were damaged, including several pieces of furniture. I hired a company recommended on the PODS website and monitored the packing of the ***. They followed all instructions for packing indicated on the PODS website. Everything was appropriately blanketed and wrapped, packed and strapped at every interval in the ***. I filed a claim with PODS as I had paid extra for insurance on my belongings. I provided them with documentation, including pictures of all the damaged items and was told I would receive an answer within 30 days. Nothing. I had to call and email them multiple times and finally got an answer after 50 days. They gave me nothing, stating it was my fault and not theirs. What am I paying for if the damage occurs when the *** is in their custody? I would like to know how a 6-drawer dresser that was in perfect condition when it went in and was bowed in the middle with all the drawers damaged and overlapping each other at the tops was my fault? I have moved all my belongings at least 5 times and have never experienced this level of damage. This includes a cross country move and there was no damage to any of my furniture. I will never use PODS again and would not recommend them to anyone.

      Very disappointed. So easy to order pod but service after that is non existent. Delivery driver damaged my gate. He said his boss would call within an hour. Never happened so I submitted claim. A week later no contact. It cost almost $500 to have metal gate fixed. Trying to get reimbursed but chats and emails useless. No one answers phone. Will keep trying to get to claims **** or trying to avoid small claims court

      Just like every other no good moving company, a whole lot of hidden transportation costs. My wife and I figured we could rest easy because "PODS" is a nation wide company. Oh how wrong we was. This "company" out of Clearwar, Florida isn't any better than any other crooked moving company. Make sure, if you are thinking of using this company, DON'T!
