5 starsBuilding a new garage required us to empty everything out, yet still have access to some of it. PODs delivered the container in front of my house when they said they would. They removed it once the project was done when they said they were going to do it. Everything worked out as planned and on schedule.

1 starUsing PODS was by far one of the WORST decisions I could have made when moving. I was given multiple duplicate charges that did not occur. This includes locks that were never received, a move to a storage facility that never happened, and attempting to double charge me my monthly fee. When I asked originally talked to PODS and asked for a quote for a move, they quoted me $2100.00, when I went to schedule the move the price was suddenly $3700. Every invoice, statement and order update that I have received has different pricing. It like they go in and change the pricing on your container as they choose to. I would never recommend PODS to anyone, they want nothing more than to try and add ghost charges. TERRIBLE COMPANYPODS Moving & Storage

4 starsOnly 4 stars (wish I could give 4.5) because I was surprised to learn, after making an appointment time (with a window) that the driver might be very early or even later than the window I agreed upon. Fortunately, and happily, the dropoff and pickup times were not earlier - or later - than I expected! The driver/operators were professional and cheerful, too. Otherwise, the email communications and phone communications went very well. I felt confident that my belongings were safe in the warehouse while I had work done in the house. I would definitely use PODS again should I need this kind of service.Review fromDarrin W

1 starDelivery dates to drop off very, very limited. Priced very high. Containers DO NOT in any way shape or form hold the amount of household items that they claim. Have to pack items up on top of each other because the containers are high but not wide. There are pieces of wood on the side walls that make packing more challenging. Wished I went with a moving company which I have always done. NEVER AGAIN PODS!!PODS Moving & Storage

5 starsFantastic. Prompt, Communicative, Courteous and helpful. This was a great experience and I would never move another way in the future! 1 starVery upset I ordered a pod they said they would take it to my. No one ever said it would cost 3300 to go to *** *** *** then I would have to rent a truck from my location that is a 1.5 away from the site and load it up from there and then travel back. I literally had the pod in my driveway for 2 days told them to come get it and they still charge 370. For what nothing very dishonest. Never would use them for anythingPODS Moving & Storage
