5 starsI was more than satisfied with PODS service and customer service. Very accommodating , even with change of day , I had to make due to mistake made. 5 starsI don't think I could have asked for a better experience. From booking the POD months ago, to delivery, pickup, delivery and second pick up, everything was perfect. I compared the price and reviews of Full Service move (large trucking companies) to renting the moving truck ourselves. PODS came in middle of the road as far as pricing but far exceeded my expectations. We could pack, unpack and repack at our pace. There's plenty of hooks to tie down the goods and the 16ft container is huge. The container comes off the truck straight, so you don't have to worry about anything shifting. NOTHING was damaged or broken. You know what did break, something I packed in my car for the move. I have not been paid or compensated for this review, but I would stand on top of a mountain and shout how much I loved this service. If they did want to pay me for a testimonial, hey PODS, give me a call !!Review fromC.M. F

5 starsI've used pods during a local move and everything went perfectly. I have just used pods for my parents move cross country and again everything went smoothly. 5 starsEverything went excellent with our pod in New York. The pod person in Florida could not accommodate our driveway so we had to cart all our furniture and boxes across the street to a field. It was inconvenient for our move. I think it could have been better thought out to accommodate our move.Review fromLedell B

1 starHorrible experience with this company. Not a nice organization. Liars and use deceptive practices, On or about 8 July 2025 and requested they pick my pods on 16 July 25. I was told by the PODS representative that my requested pick date can’t be scheduled the requested time because they were very busy and it was the busy time of the year for them. I was stunned by his response. What rental business in America tell customers that? There rentals are opened ended and should be spelled in writing to customers. I’d like to know what contract I signed with them agreeing that my PODS can only be picked convenient to them which by- the- way sometime after their next billing cycle. I rented 2 pods. Both ordered separately, delivered on different dates and have different account numbers. PODS did schedule a pick for one of account which was to be on 30 July 25 and the other sometime in August. The pick for July 30 was cancelled by PODS even though I paid the rent fee on for it on 17 Jul 25. Request you pick up your containers immediately and that the accounts be closed.

5 starswhen I first started to research, who to use for my move from ******, ******** to *******************, someone told me about pods. I must say at first I was skeptical and had some doubts. Not it is all over I must say hands down five stars. I wouldnt use anyone else to move across the country.PODS Moving & Storage

5 starsGreat Service!!! They are so organized and so helpful. I have used PODS twice now long distance. One move from ********* to ******* and second move from ******* to *********. They are competitive so call around and get quotes and have PODS beat the price. On time for drops and pick-ups with courtesy calls for each drop or pick-up.
