      PODS is a wonderful company if you need to move. We moved from CA to SC in Dec 2025 and everything was so easy beginning with the website reservation, then the live conversation with an agent (thank you Justin!). Communication was superb, always keeping me updated with drop-off and pickup dates & times via email & texts. I want to commend Brittany here in SC who navigated a difficult street and driveway to deliver my 16' POD. She also made sure it opened before she left. It was a challenge and I couldn't have done it without her. Kudos to Brittany! Thank you for making my move effortless and actually enjoyable. ****** *. ***** ******, SC

      As easy as moving can be! The best customer service I have experienced in a while. The customer assistance on the phone and the drivers go above and beyond to make the process go smoothly. Clearly communicate so that I was prepared and new what to expect. Peace of mind is priceless but also affordable!?!

      We had a great experience. The only minor issue was arriving in the designated window. However, I know that traffic and other issues need to be accounted for. The drivers were extremely courteous and helpful. We will definitely recommend PODS to others.

      I ordered a pod because I sold my house, I needed to store my things. I didn't know how long I would need it.So I paid for 2 months in advance. I ended up only using it for 3 weeks. I was told I would not get a refund on what I'd already paid.And then they charged me another fee to pick it up.
