    With these movers, our laptops and TVs were in capable hands. They arrived at our new place in wonderful condition, having been carefully handled and packaged.

    I was lied to from the beginning by ****** *****. I specifically asked if they were brokers, I was assured they have their own movers and trucks. MAP movers showed up. Neither moving men spoke English, one could barely see so I had to fill out my own billing paperwork having no idea what I was doing. They arrived at 530 pm and didn't finish until after midnight. All kinds of extra charges amounting to several thousand dollars over my initial bill. Jordan at swift shift was dismissive of me during a call to update my items to be moved. He never officially updated my list so the movers charged me extra for everything Jordan failed to add to my list. I can not get a delivery date from anyone. So I have no idea when my things will be arriving. I have emailed repeatedly with no response. Just a mess. Moving cross country is already stressful, but I couldn't have chosen a worse moving company to deal with.

    I was told I would have a ***** hour window for pick up of my things. I got a call from a different company that I was told would pick up my things. I was told they would be there in 30 minutes. That was May 27th. I called Swift on June 3rd with the address for delivery and gave them a date for delivery. No one has called me back I was told my delivery would be 3-10 business days after 6/8x it is the 18th . I call but no one has an answer. I call and leave messages at the warehouse no one returns my calls.

    Customer was picked up within her two day pick up window, delivery is not guaranteed and a window is provided of an estimated time frame. Customer is still within the time frame for delivery anad has been in contact with our office as well as the movers.

    I have never had such a fantastic moving experience! The moving company we hired, ****** and ****, went above and beyond. Both of them made the moving process so much easier for us. Their careful handling of our possessions during the move showed that they sincerely wanted to ensure a smooth transition for us.

    Moving cross-country can be very stressful, but ***** and team took care of us from start to finish. The price was reasonable, lower than others we compared. Highly recommended for any type of move.

    ***** and the rest of the team were excellent service. They arrived on time and efficiently moved everything out of the house. All items were delivered the next day without any issues. I appreciate everyone's help and efforts.

    This company assured me that the movers would come and pickup my pre packed bins as I had a closing date on my home. The day came and went and many calls were made to no show. As a result of this epic failure a chain of events happened that nobody could stop.1. I lost the sale of my home.2. I missed my sons graduation from MIT as I could not get a plane ticket 3. I didnt have the money to make an emergency fight as my daughter was going into emergency surgery and had three young children that needed to be cared for. 4. I am still waiting for my refund and found out that there was no way that the moving company would have ever been able to provide the services for me.5. I continue to get the run around by most of the people that I have talked to that work there.6. Dispute being told that my case has been send to accounting for a refund there is no way to talk to them and there are no emails from them either. 7. I am on disability and with limited income I am strapped financially and the loss of the sale of my house has caused significant hardships and I am about to loose the place I had setup to stay while in transitioning. 8. To top it off *** the sales person was a bit high pressure with this money transaction and then when I was transferred to an operator to verify details, the woman was having another conversation with someone else near her and thought her mute button was on, as she kept putting me on mute and stated ** going to go to H*** for this.

    Per the customers contract we have an estimated two day pick up window, the customer was made aware that our team was having delays in her hard to service area... The first truck assigned was delayed and we communicated to her it would be quite some time before another truck would become available. She was made aware of all the possible options and refused the service. Per the contract the deposit is non refundable. 

     

    All of the following events listed by the customer are preexisting issues that unfortunately do not pertain to our moving services that the customer refused.

    This company is a broker which they did not disclose. They use the name Swift when they call so that you think they are the reputable Swift *********************** They subcontracted my personal belongings to another moving company who has an F rating with the better Business bureau and multiple investigations for fraud, theft, damaged property and holding consumers items hostage. I was not aware that my things would be subcontracted out, let alone to such a horrible company. I ended up paying double for my move due to overcharges and still have not received my property. Once they were paid their deposit, which wouldn't straight into their pocket, did not go towards my moving cost, they disappeared and it had no contact with me when I needed help with their subcontractors. Avoid this company at all costs.

    The customer was made aware our team was there to provide an estimate and assign a team to do the move, our contract states thats what we are being hired to do and our website as well. 

     

    Our team only hires licensed and insured carriers that have been checked and reviewed prior to being used for service. The customer was charged accordingly for the 800 cubic feet used in the moving truck, she SIGNED paperwork agreeing to this and authorizing it is correct and accurate. 

     

    WE were in contact with this customer numerous times per call logs.
