I was searching the web for ** Affordable Healthcare/** marketplace and ************************************************ popped up and they are owned by ******************************************* located in **********, ** **************. I placed my basic information in and then they called immediately. The representative asked me how much I was willing to pay and I realized this was not the ** marketplace. I told him I was not interested in their services. This was at 4:15 pm ET yesterday, they then began spamming me with over 40 calls last night. I block the number and then they call from another number. I asked several times to be taken off the call list and they refused. Today, it started again at 9am and I have had over 40 calls again. I am desperately looking for a way to stop the spamming.Business Response

I was mislead by an ad when googling mass health connect, i signed up on their site before I released my mistake. They have called me more than 20 times in one day with very aggressive sales tactics. Today, August 9th at approximately 12PM, I filled out an online form from affordablehealthinsurancetoday.com to get an online/email quote for health insurance. Before I could even hit the submit button, my phone started ringing. The 1st ****** that called stated he was calling in reference to the health insurance quote I'd submitted. I explained I was looking for an email quote, NOT a phone call, and that now was not a good time to call. The ****** became insistent that I talk with him. I again repeated that I was NOT prepared to make any decision and this was for information for a future date. I then hung up. Afterwards, I received 15 calls from the same company within a 20 minute span of time from different numbers. I answered several more calls and told them to remove my number from their database. They refused and continued to call. The last ****** I spoke with belittled me for not wanting to talk right now. I told him I was reporting them to the ftc. They are continuing to harass me. I had to forward my calls to my ****** voice number to prevent them from reaching me directly. They never left messages. They have called over 50 times today so far and at the moment is is 4:26PM. You can see from the screenshot how many times they (suspected spam) called. This was after I forwarded calls to ****** voice.Business Response

After surfing the web for health insurance I received a call after visiting a website and filling out an online form from ************, she asked me personal questions about my health and then transferred me to another department, Agent by the name of **************** with Cornerstone at ************, She asked for my SS# and payment or a postdated payment, when I said I couldn't pay she hung up on me. I called back and she still wouldn't give me her last name but only her initial of C. I think this is a scam and now they have my personal information and SS#.Business Response

I was looking for health insurance when I made the mistake of getting in contact with agents from affordablehealthinsurancetoday.com, which is from Keystone Interactive LLC, they call upwards of 8 times a day, refuse to put management on the phone, incredibly rude, employees hang up and laugh at callers. Yesterday, 05/22/2024, I was searching for health insurance, affiliates of this company came up, I clicked on the site, and was hoping for online quotes, the company immediately called me, I answered the phone, let them know I was not interested in purchasing anything that day due to having to confer with my husband, they continued to push the issue, putting me though to an "agent" let us call him "*****", he did his thing of comparison after I also informed him of my current situation, I told him I would have to confer with husband, again, and that I would reach out to the company directly. ***** became irate, started belittling me, calling me stupid, and telling me I did not listen, as well as why I even called them, why I stayed on hold just to deny him the sale, he then proceeded to threaten me with ******** calls, telling me to not even bother turning my phone on or answering it, because then are going to continue to call me, to the point of me having to change my number. My phone number is used for a business, so not answering is not an option. I have received 18+ calls in a 24 hour period, and they are still coming in, I have starting blocking numbers. I searched online for health insurance pricing. Received a call and was helped. But since 3:30pm yesterday (4/30/24) and 4:00pm today (5/1/24) I have received nearly 100 phone calls from various phone numbers all asking if I want health insurance.
