This business listed as Affordable Health Insurance, has refused to stop calling me, I have explained to them, I thought they were part of ******************************, but they are not. I have explained to them I have Health Insurance, and I thought they may have info. prior to me renewing on Nov. 1st with the **** as of this date, I have blocked 20 numbers per day and they start at 8 am, every day and won't stop, not matter how many times I ask them to. This is harassment, I have also reported them to the ***. I am asking for $5,000 compensation for their harassment, and they are fraudulent the ***** say they work with the ***, but their site states otherwise. I reached was interested in getting health insurance through the exchange. I filled out some information on the company's website ************************ On August 29th, 2025. Once I provided them with my information, an associate contacted me to go over insurance options. They were very pushy even when I said I was no longer interested. The entire time I was on the phone with the associate, I was receiving non stop phone calls. The associate told me that he put in a note to have them stop and that they would do so by the following afternoon. The associate also told me to "never put your phone number in these types of websites" because they will constantly contact you after that. Since putting in my phone number I get calls constantly. Over 50+ calls a day from all different types of numbers. They also leave short voicemails. When I have tried to ask them to stop, they tell me that it will not stop until I have bought health insurance because I have an "open application". Every time I ask them to close my application, they ignore my request and ask me why I don't want health insurance. I have attempted to email the company at ***************************** as indicated on their website to ask them to stop and that email address is not valid. This is harassment and I want it to stop. This is a horrible thing to do to people and terrible customer service.Business Response

On 8/20/25 I was trying to find insurance quotes. I filled out the form not realizing that I was on a .com site not ***** That is my bad. However as soon as I clicked submit, harrassing phone calls began. I received 87 calls in less than 24 hours from multiple different phone numbers. I tried to ask to be removed from the call list and the lady was very rude and told me that was not an option and that I had to talk to her. I just hung up or blocked most calls but they keep coming with new numbers. I have doctor offices call me and so I have to answer a few unknown numbers. Sifting through 87 spam calls has been a nightmare and they keep coming still. I want removed from the list. I cannot find an opt out option and the number in their small print does not ring through. I am rejecting this response because:It shouldnt be this hard to opt out thats ridiculous. What they do is wrong. I got 53 phone calls in a 32hr period. 15 in 1 hr. That is wrong and ridiculous. Not good business and they shouldn't be allowed to do that, no matter what kind of small writing or asterisks are on their website.

I am rejecting this response because: I am still receiving phone calls. 10 today already. Just because you list something in small print where nobody will see it, doesn't make it right. Your business practices are pathetic. Should be ashamed of yourself. Obviously this isn't getting handled. You said I was removed, Obviously I wasn't. IF you sell all my info to 3rd parties that is ridiculous, I don't care what you have written on your website. If I get any more calls we can handle this a different way. Fraudulent insurance service, You put in your phone number and your Zip code and then they send endless harassing calls, Website has no way to stop the calls and the representatives doing the calls hang up when they hear anything but "Please let me give you mey money." I clicked on the site and I put my zip code and number. Immediately started receiving calls the last two days all from my area code. I have received close to 10 calls in 5 minutes from the same people using different numbers. I reached out to this company for a quote on health insurance. They asked a few questions but couldnt provide a written quote. They claimed to require money upfront to provide the quote. I then realized this was some sort of scam. I then kindly requested that they stop all calls. they refused. They claim to be from "American health insurance network" or "affordable health insurance today" however these are linked back to this keystone interactive llc. I would like them to stop calling and delete my personal information. I have attempted to reach out to them via the email and numbers listed but they are not in service.Business Response

On 3/26/2025 I clicked one of the first links when looking up temporary insurance. I clicked "Affordable Health Insurance" which took me to a site and prompted me to fill out information such as name, phone number, address, and yearly income. As soon as I hit submit, someone called me. He asked some questions and promised cheap insurance. I fell for it and gave my ***. As soon as they asked for bank information I stopped giving them what they wanted. They transferred me to a "senior" representative. Tried every which way to keep me on the phone and ease my legitimacy concerns. Not offering a call back option. Now they wont stop calling me.
