      Service it self is fine, however my bill was raised without my notice. Per their contract, they are required to provide me a written notice 30 days prior which I did not receive. Upon learning this, I went to switch with a different service and ran into hostility from the representative who remained overtly pushy to get me to extend and even quoted me an inaccurate cancellation amount at 100% of the new rate I was never notified for. Per the contract, it is a rate of 75% for remaining service and the representative became more curt after the correction and quickly finished the transaction and ended the communication.

      I regret ever signing up with ADT. From the start, this experience has been nothing but frustrating. The system itself is complicated and not user-friendly, which makes it stressful instead of providing the sense of safety it promises.What makes it worse is the complete lack of professionalism from their representatives. Every time I reached out for help, I was given conflicting information depending on who I spoke with. Not only did this waste my time, but it also made me feel like no one at ADT actually knows how to properly support their own customers.The contract is another problem. Its restrictive, inflexible, and clearly designed to trap customers rather than serve them. When I asked for help, I was met with dismissive answers and zero willingness to work with me to find a *********** short, ADT is not a company that puts its customers first. They make big promises during the sales process but fail to deliver once youre locked into a contract. I would strongly advise anyone considering ADT to look at other security companies before committing.

      I am new to ADT and I must say these past 5 months have been the worse! They promise call backs and no one gets back in contact with you. The Referral Program is a scam because they will never issue you a $200 **** card. The only plus so far are my cameras have been clear. Looking to shop around when my contract is up thanks to ****** from account management I will be sure to NEVER refer anyone to ADT.

      I purchased ADT Alarm System, which include control panel, camera and door ****. When I bought contract out for $879, i was informed that the doorbell and cameras would work as a SAND ALONE/ without monitoring contract. However, this NOT true. The system will not work UNLESS a monitoring service is activated, which i refuse to reactivate... therefore the system is useless. I requested ADT to remove system and refund $879. THEY WOULD NOT!

      I would leave no stars if able. Twice I have been charged a $59 service call for failed equipment that I was assured I would not be charged. I have yet to get my money back. I had a non working camera for six months. But still paid for the service every month. This company is dishonest and will take unauthorized money from your bank account

      I have had numerous complaints about the quality of the cameras that were installed and there is no customer support to help. Stay away **************************. Once they get your money, they never respond and blame it on limited staff. I regret using them for my security services. Stay away!!!! I am leaving 1 star because there is no option for 0 stars.

      I had ADT system installed just about 2 and a half months ago, and the third party vendor who came to install, had installed faulty equipments. From the very first week one of the sensor - motion detector fell of and stopped working. When I informed them they said I have to pay service fee for them to service it. Now one after other flimsy sensors are falling off and causing false alarm. ADT says i have to pay $99 every time they come and check it out i have paid lsignificant amount of money for these equipments. This seems like a fraudulent business practice by ADT by installing defective flimsy sensors and then when they dont (obviously) work charge the customer for requesting the service. I terribly regret trusting ADT to provide the security system for my home. I will never recommend ADT to anyone.

      They lied to me. Said I had 30 days to change my mind and it's only 3 days. Made me pay $200 dollars to cancel.

      What a horrible company ADT has become. After 37 years of being a customer I will be leaving and hopefully all my friends and family will follow. Ive been trying to get a camera replaced for over a month and after several cancelled appointments I still havent been able to get someone out to my home. Terrible customer service. I hope they close due to poor management.

      If I could leave 0 stars, I would. This company is joke. They sent out a technician, who lied to me name **** ******. He advised me, I would be able to make payments towards my equipment on ****************************. I even spkke with his manager, ***** ** I thought. However, they drafted the entire amount out of my account without my permission. I only authorized the monthly payment to be drafted. I have called multiple times starting from 7/24/2025 and still NOTHING!
