      If you need assistance with a tech coming to your home, be prepared for excessive long wait times, worse customer service ever.

      My family member called them two days in a row because after holding for over an hour she had to hang up. Then they allow you to put your call back # in, they call you back and put you back on hold again! Time for a new alarm company.

      I called into ADT now that my 3 year contract is up. I requested to get updated monthly pricing, for existing customers, or if they had any deals for existing customers. I also asked about getting a new key pad, as we have had to call in multiple times for our old key pad disconnecting all the time and beeping through out the night. They refused to give me any pricing until they sent a representative out to my house. I then asked them to cancel. They transferred me to cancel, I sat on hold for over 30 minutes. I then called back and asked to cancel again, they transferred my call and I am still sitting on hold going on 25 minutes.

      Ive been a customer since **** and my ******************** with this company has gone down really bad. I currently have 3 issues going on with my system and each time I call there is an 80 min hold time. This is absolutely ridiculous. I even tried pressing the option for my alarm going off and still for the same response. This has been going on for weeks. And when you do get an appt no one shows up. Next step is Consumer Affairs and BBB complaint . My camera is not working, my light bulbs which I paid $150 is not working and my battery is low.

      I have been trying to reach ADT to have my subscription with them CANCELLED, all in vain. Their **************** line if your lucky to get their "specialist", will put you on HOLD forever. I last spoke to a specialist called ************** who asked me to call ***** then press 6. This prompt put me on hold for over 45 minutes.In the meantime I've gone ahead to switch off their faulty gadget since 10/12/2022 but they still BILL my account $53.99 monthly for NO service. I request help to have this nuisance resolved.************

      I have had ADT for a little over a year now. Last month my camera stopped working. I have called ADT several times, followed all their steps to reconnect the camera with no success. Every time I call them I am on hold for at least 20 minutes to get a person and then every time I am transferred to another person I'm on hold again. Several times I have been trasferred to another department and then the call is dropped completely and I have to start over again. I have now been paying for this service for over a month with it not working. I even tried to call today to just cancel the camera and again was on hold for 20 minutes, transferred to another person, and then the call dropped.

      I was charged for 8 months consistently even though the Revamped Sub-Contracted Provider for ADT gave me the run around about the second camera I was quoted on in my signed quote for 8 months! I never got my second camera till after 8 months. Mind you, the current installed camera stopped working 3 months ago. And it took less than half an hour to resolve my matter in-person (installing the second camera), but this company dragged my process for NEARLY AN ENTIRE YEAR for no reason!! I was kind, helpful, and courteous. So why the mistreatment? They sent quality control investigator who did nothing! They sent over useless technicians with matching supervisors. They dont know how to take care of their customers. DO NOT USE THIS UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE TIED A 36-MONTH AGREEMENT WITH NO SERVICES & BILLED REGARDLESS. Amendments were made to my account without my authorization and it was created with an email address that wasnt mine. I WASNT taught how to use my system until AFTER 8 months when someone from Revamped decided to come to my house and show me! Ridiculous! And when I asked for Credit on the months where no services were rendered I was sent on another run around. Countless hours spent trying to resolve an issue that was created from Revamped and ADT! Unreal!

      I signed an agreement with ADT and ended up ****** my home. Prior to selling, I contacted the relocation department and was told that I would need to sign another contract for my new location or be faced with the fees. I set up the new services and was left with equipment fees which the sales rep told me that would be attached to my new account and that I would get free equipment under Blue by ADT to avoid me from having any major changes as I relocate. Needless to say, I ended up in collections because none of what I was told was true. When I tried to address it, I was told by a customer service manager that he could see that I was told that by the sale rep.. ******** i could not be taken from collections because they could not consolidate an ADT Pro flex plan with a Blue by ADT plan. This is all different than what I was told and now I am stuck as a current customer, in collections and with Blue by **********************. How I have been handled by ADT and the ************ both has proven to a horrible experience.

      ADT provides absolutely horrible customer service. The representatives that you speak with on the phone are rude and unprofessional. I tried calling the company 10/21/22 and spent two hours on the phone before I got tired of holding and hung up. Friday my alarm went off and I never got a call from the department that does the monitoring. I tried calling on Saturday and was still asked to hold forever. I called Monday, 10/24/22 and after calling twice and holding for a total of 2 more hours I got a rude person on the phone, and she told me her name was Precious. She sounded extremely ignorant and mean. I tried to explain why I was calling, and she threw me on hold. The next person I spoke to told me her name was ****** and she did take the time to hear why I was calling. I had to ask for the cancellation department to get through to talk with someone finally. ADT has come to my home 4-5 times this year for the same problem, a peeping annoying sound. I am not sure if the problem is fixed, but I am thinking about going to another security company. ****** tried to tell me that ADT is working with ** and their rating is 5 stars and that is not what I see on the ** site. So, adding to everything else, they straight up lie to their customers. If you can help it don't make the same mistake I made and do business with ADT. Your safety is in the wrong hands!!!! So dissatisfied.
