      Ive had nothing but shoddy video and our panel constantly beeps weve called to get this resolved numerous times and we get put on hold and transferred endlessly. DONT BUY ADT! **************** is terrible. Products dont work properly. Completely regret wasting my money.

      I would absolutely NEVER recommend ADT to anyone and will never again use their services. I began services with them and the first six months worked great and then the system stopped working properly. It stopped capturing movement, would constantly go offline, and when I would call in to complain, there were heavy wait times and finally when I would get ahold of someone they wanted to run through all of the same troubleshooting that I had already done. Ultimately, the calls would end in "well the system seems to be working so if you'd like a replacement system we can send you one" or something of that nature. They they tried blaiming it on my WIFI but my WIFI connection was perfect. I've had my system replaced twice, had new cameras installed, and still, the system would constantly go offline so we couldn't arm the house, and couldn't monitor anything. I wanted to cancel my services on several occasions and they stated that I had entered into a three-year agreement so I would have to pay the remaining balance of the agreement. Had I known this was a three-year agreement, I WOULD NEVER HAVE SIGNED UP FOR THIS TERRIBLE SERVICE. So I, of course, was upset because I felt strong-armed into keeping a s***** service that didn't even work properly. My final straw was when my house was broken into and the system was offline so it didn't capture anything. SOMEONE FROM ADT, PLEASE TELL ME WHO I CAN INVOICE FOR MY STOLEN PROPERTY AND DAMAGED GOODS!!Please pay attention to their documents!! They have an arbitration clause so if you want to pursue litigation, you have to follow their steps and submit a request (with a filing fee). A bunch of BS. I want out of this horrible company's service and want to wipe my hands clean of ADT forever. Finally, I recently tried calling again and the manager that I spoke to refused to give me a higher individual's name. He gave me a general inbox to email instead. They're horrible.

      My partner and I used ADT Security services for two houses in *************, and enrolled in a family plan to minimize expenses. The service was fine, but cancellation has been an ongoing five year nightmare. Both houses were sold in 2017; we worked subsequently with ADT representatives over the phone to ensure cancellation. As recently as January of '21 we were assured that services were canceled and that we'd stop receiving bills. And I just (11/6/22) received another bill for nearly $600 for service to a house we haven't owned for five years. After multiple conversations with call center ADT representatives, I now have possible recourse (sending a hand-signed letter to the ADT relocation/cancellation department demanding that billing cease). The phone rep I worked with saw multiple entries documenting our requests to cease billing (I have no idea if the new owners are using ADT, and if ADT is serving them, but billing us) but was powerless to help other than asking us to send the above-mentioned email. Needless to say, we'll never use ADT services again and would discourage others from considering the firm.

      The absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. They take advantage of clients at every opportunity. I am shocked that there has not been a class action law suit against them.

      This company is the absolute worst company in the world! My spouse is in the military and we got military orders to move and they promised to give our money back and they are saying they arent now they made us write a letter and show proof of military move orders and now they are still holding the money! Please do not go with this company they are liars and they also charge you to come out and fix your cameras!! They are not a family friendly company and they are not military friendly either!! I have never been so disappointed and disrespected in all my life! I have been trying to get my money back from months and they always put me on hold and say they will get back to me but they dont and then tell me they dont honor what they said they would in the beginning!!

      Our small business had ADT set up summer 2022. From the beginning of the contract, we had massive issues with the equipment/technicians/and customer service.During our initial install, before even arriving on the premise the technician asked for directions were rude and yelled at our employee. When they finally found the location they once again yelled at the employee. They also quickly requested to speak with the owner and were dismissive towards the women working in the office. After waiting another month for the next technician. They refused to make any changes to the equipment without owner approval. They did not accept the direction from the women working in the office and were rude and dismissive. The technician would wait for the owner to arrive and left. After this they wouldnt let us terminate the contract. They categorized all of our visits as part of the initial install and not service visits. If you have problems during multiple service visits they will cancel your contract. I really do not understand how this is not more recognized as a scam. With their call center I clearly explained all of the issues we had. They had no time for it and did not care. Of all the people I talked to a single person agreed that this was unacceptable behavior and told me to call them back specifically and they would end the contract for us. After I spent time detailing all of the issues and called back asking to speak with the same person, I was told that 'I was not able to speak with them', and that cancelling the contract was not included in her notes on the ticket. In the end they charged $1600 to a small business for equipment that never worked, they lied, we had a break in attempt during this time period and lost time just trying to get them to stop billing us. After making this complaint on another site I was offered a 50% reduction. They know this is more than they would get from a collection's agency. They gave us nothing but problems and want to get paid for it.

      GARBAGE GARBAGE GARBAGE COMPANY!!I would give ZERO STARS if I could.I cancelled service with this company in JULY of 2022. I continue to get phone calls and I continue to get billed EVERY MONTH. When they call, they tell me that they have transfer me to account management for service to be cancelled EVEN THOUGH I already cancelled it. I hold for over 30-miniutes EVERY TIME to try and get this issue resolved but i am TOO BUSY for this c*** I hang up because I just do not have the time. I received ANOTHER call today with ANOTHER BILL generated to my account that I closed 4 months ago when my contract was up. Side note- Service SUCKED but I was stuck in a CONTRACT!!! I wanted out Immediately and NEVER even used their services. So TODAY again... I took the call and got transferred AGAIN!!! After waiting 45-miinutes someone answers JUST to tell me they need to transfer me to management. Another 30-minutes to tell me that it looks like (THEY CAN SEE) I have not stayed on hold LONG ENOUGH to speak with the right person and HERE I AM waiting AGAIN for over an hour. They told me they can HELP ME cancel my service but will NOT remove the charges. Saying "we are sorry for your frustration" "we understand your frustration!" NO YOU DONT!!WHAT an AWFUL way to keep business retention! SHAME ON YOU!!!

      This company is charging me $199.92 for their technician to come out to fix the codes on their security system. I just got the security system this year. All of a sudden beeps coming from the system and I can't stop it. Nobody at ADT SAID I will be charged for his visit. I understand if I was responsible for this but nothing on my part. This is totally unfair. My security camera don't work at times but I am still praying monthly fees. Something needs to be done about this. I am tired of people taking advantage of me.

      Quite simply, it is IMPOSSIBLE, let me repeat IMPOSSIBLE, to reach them by phone. They are an alarm company and the need to contact them by phone is imperative
