On or about 5/24/23 I responded to an ad for free compression socks that were offered for the cost of shipping. As I have severe pain in my ankles and struggle financially, I thought this would be very helpful for me. Two weeks later I saw a charge on my account that I didn't recognize. I called the number for an explanation and found out it was this company charging me a subscription for a service I did not agree to sign up for.They claimed that by ordering the product I was agreeing to the subscription, and that it was up to me to cancel it before the trial period, even though there was nothing in the correspondence they sent indicating that I had signed up for anything. There are a couple of lines on the original web page way below the reviews saying that a VIP club was available for trial, and could be canceled at any time,but nothing saying that I was agreeing to sign up for it.This type of deceptive, fraudulent practice needs to be curtailed, and there should be consequences for taking advantage of the most vulnerable people (elders, disabled). It is clearly their business model to predate on these. I understand there is no legal action being taken but would at least like to get my money back. Thank goodness I "canceled" this fraudulent subscription after the first charge.Initial Complaint

The Company billed me ******************************************** did not receive. They promised me an email telling me if I would get a refund. No email and now when I call them, I am disconnected. Purchased socks from company. May 12 2023 $22.54 withdrawn from my bank acct. I called n declined the membership for $.54. ***** said I had canceled on time. She was saying to speak to higher personnel to have my money refunded within **** days. Never happened. Called again. I was told the same thing. Refund Never happened. I ordered from the site originally and received my order! However they have kept charging me and I only now just noticed as it was on my Venmo card, and I havent received anything for these charges. This company is a scam and has fraudulently charged my credit card in the amount of $37.57 on 5/9/23 and again on 6/9/23. I only recently learned of this after receiving a fraud alert from my credit card company. I wish to have the money returned to my account and this business needs to be shut down.Initial Complaint

i have not been able to access my checking account online. i finally got everything straightened out. after looking through the past 12 months of activity i noticed every month a debit for $24.97 to back sock sleeve. i called them and was told i signed up for a subscription. i never signed up for anything as well as I have not received anything from them, let a lone a package monthly. On 3/8/23 I completed a form to receive a Free pair of socks and ad said I only had to pay S/H of $6.95. I received the product but then when I checked the balance on my card it said they had taken another payment of $37.57 on 3/22/23.When I called them they said the charge was for VIP membership that I did Not sign up for. I was told it was on the same page that I had filled out my info. I went back to the page and found it was at the very bottom of the page. I didnt see it because the submit button was at the top of the page and I had no reason to scroll to the bottom. They also said I got an email within the 14 day free trial to cancel the membership. When I checked I found that email it said Nothing about a Free Trial and also stated I had 72 Hours to click the link or They would cancel it for me which they obviously did not. I have since found another charge of $22.54 on 5/4/23 that I dont know what it is for. That is a total of $60.11 that I did NOT authorize and they refuse to refund. No services or products were received from them but when I called them they did cancel my supposed membership.They have since stopped responding to my emails.
