On 5-12-25 and again on 6-11-25, I was checking my bank statement and saw these two transactions for $29.95 each month. I did not order anything from them for either of these amounts. I want a refund and my name taken off their accounts.Business Response

This customer, ***** ******, responded to our ad on April 11, 2025 and ordered 1 knee brace and received another one free.The braces were shipped on April 14, 2025. According to *********; tracking, they were delivered April 18, 2025.As part of this free knee brace promotion, customers agree to be enrolled in our VIP Discount Membership which provides 50% discounts and free shipping. We have not heard anything from Ms ****** until this complaint. As with any membership, you can cancel at any time-all you have to do is contact us. We cannot cancel customers until they request it.
Our email address is also made available to all of our customers on our website and in all of the emails we send out. Our contact information, including telephone number, is on the charge statement as well. This account has been canceled due to this complaint.

I ordered a set of compression SOCKS from this company, (January 29, 2024) as they offered a sale for $6.95 and they included multiple sets (4) of KNEE SAVERS which I did not want, and they not only charged my Discover card $39.90, plus $57.96 for the Knee Savers, they also enrolled me in a monthly $59.97 membership which was nowhere mentioned at the time of the order:Order #EC2F6595DE. I called them as soon as I got my Discover bill, told them I am returning the knee savers and asked for my money back. First they tried to talk me into keeping the merchandise for a 50% refund, I told them I couldn't use them (I have had knee surgeries to fix my knees, these product were useless to me. I just wanted my money back.They then gave me a return address where I could return the merchandise, and said that a refund (minus 20% restocking fee) would be posted to my Discover card within ten days after they received the merchandise. They received the merchandise on March 4 according to the ** tracking #, and as of today, March 30, there is still no refund for the merchandise. (They did refund the "membership fee" of $59.97 after I had talked to them. ) The ** told me the zip code was incorrect for the address I was given by them, and corrected it. Since I talked to them In January I have not been able to contact them, as they keep changing their e-mail, and for each e-mail ****** tells me the address no longer exists, or puts up a warning that this email is not private and may want to steal credit card and other personal information. Their telephone # always has a message that they are "busy serving other customers" and will call me back, which doesn't happen. Ordered a pair of sock for shipping only for $6.95 on 7/26/23. This month I noticed a charge from backsocksleeve.com, and emailed them. Come to find out, they charged me monthly x 4. Well first off I ordered ONE pair of socks and was charged for TWO. Next some guy keeps emailing to buy more stuff then out of nowhere he said I'm gonna be charged $50 a month but can cancel anytime. Why did you sign me up for $50 a month if I NEVER asked to be VIP. Whole site is scammer. Then I called that 877 number twice. First answer was a Chinese man next call a Chinese woman. And to top it off when I ordered it said error it can't accept my card. So I go to sleep and wake up to an email being charged for two pairs. It's ok because even though it's night here and I just called and cancelled my card lol ?? People if you read this you better run. Or cancel your card.
