The address on the envelope that I have is ****************** *************************************** The emails refer to them as: backsolutionstore.org So I do not know if you have the right store in your listing.I saw a ad on ******** for some socks that could help with plantar fasciitis. They said they had a guarantee. So I ordered a pair. I got a email on Sept, 1st 2022. # ***** and was charged $59.69. I got them and there was more than what I wanted and they did not fit me. I sent them a email on Sept 12, 2022. I told them I wanted a refund. I got a email saying they were working on my request. Next email on Sept12, 2022. they told me they won't. I will enclose the emails. I saw there is a **************************************************************** with the product to send it back to. They have now charged me again this month for $24.97 and I have not even gotten anything. I just want everything refunded.Sincerely, *******************Initial Complaint

Like the other complainees filing reports against this company. I paid the $6.95, the only required amount to try out their socks. No where did it state there would be a recurring charge of $24.95 or did it state I was signing up for some membership. At the end of September, I saw an ad on you tube for a "free" pair of compression socks. all I had to pay was $6.95 for shipping and handling. I ordered them and the socks arrived about a week later.On October 3 there was a charge to my checking account of $14.92 from "backsocksleeve" and then on October 17 another charge for $24.97 from the same company My. attempts to contact the company have been unsuccessful.I think that this is a fraud and a scam and must be investigated. On 9/6/22 I purchased online a pair of compression socks for $6.95. When I ordered the socks they were advertised as free and I only had to pay shipping and handling which was $6.95. Never did it state or display ANY information that it was a membership fee of $24.97 was required. I did not sign up for this and so far two(2) payments of $24.97 has been taken from my account. I have called incessantly and left several messages to the number provided only to get a recorded voicemail message to which I have yet to receive a response. I have contacted my bank to stop payment. This business appears to be a scam. Please investigate and shut them down. Thanks.Initial Complaint

On Sept 3, 2022 i ordered the socks from Backsockssleeve because it was free just pay shipping and handling then mycredit card was charged on the same day ***** and ***** then 24,97 and now another *****. Never did i agree to join a membership account as this has always been my practice. Im on a fixed income and am not able to afford luxuries like these. Tried calling the number ************ and no answer just leave name and phone #. No one has called me back. Submitted disputes with my credit card. On 10-13-2022 I was charged $25. I have not purchased anything from this company except for a pair of compression socks that were advertised for $6.95 that I paid for and received. I got a sock from them for my neuropathy. They charged what they said they were going to. That was 8/29/2022. I received it without a problem but since then they have been taking money out of my account. No way to reach them / not getting back to me. So far they have taken about $100 in increments since then. I am going to have to talk to my bank and spend money to have them not approve these charges that keep coming. I hope that people read these comments and not get from them.
