      I ordered their socks that was supposed to be free. Not only cant I even fit them on my feet which are size ten they charged me $24.95

      I got a pair of socks off of their special paying just shipping and handling. That was all it said. Since then I am receiving charges on my account for $24.97 on 10-31-22 and $24.97 on 9-28-22 which my original charge which was all I should have had to pay for the first pair of socks I ordered, nothing else was $14.45 on 9-13-22! *** called and argued time and time again stating nowhere do they have my ok or signature to take anything else from my account. They told me when I demanded to talk to a supervisor that they was the only one there! I said, you are running this company all by yourself, something is really fishy now! Thats when she hung up on me. I talked to several different people calling several times and same answer. I feel they scammed me, used my account without my permission and I should be reimbursed!!!

      I responded to an ad to try some compression socks for only s&h of ****. I was sent the socks which didn't fit but there was no paperwork or receipt in the package. I then received a ***** charge on my account from BACKSOCKSLEEVE.COM. I called and spoke with someone who knew my name and they said they would refund the money and cancel this. I have never seen the refund yet and I would have returned them as they are to small anyway but there is no return address. I tried to call again today but it wants you to leave a message and then hangs up. I did leave a message and told the to contact me and reverse the funds. The message also says to contact there web site at BackSolutions.org which apparently doesn't exist either. Then I saw all these complaints, which I would have seen them sooner.

      I ordered a pair of compression socks from backsocksleeve.com through ******** around Sept. 26, 2022, they were supposed to be free with my responsibility only to pay shipping and handling in the amount of $6.95. I just received by *********** bill and it shows a charge of $24.97 from backsolutionstore.org. I called them at ************** and spoke with representative who said I signed up for monthly subscription. I did not and now I asked to have my account cancelled. She hung up on me. I called *********** and they said I have to cancel the subscription I supposedly started and then they may be able to help me. The original socks came with no receipt nor invoice included in the package. Can the BBB do something about this company, Please!!!!

      The ad indicated, a free pair of socks, if I paid for shipping and handling of $6.95. However, they then charged me for a subscription the very next month of $24.97 (monthly)! I emailed the company saying that I merely ordered their product and did not have intention to join their club. They replied saying the website says ORDER TODAY AND JOIN OUR DISCOUNT PAIN CLUB, which means when you place the order you automatically joined the club. I wrote back saying that the sentence means these two things are separate and do not have to be bundled together (not like that by placing the order, you agree to join our discount club). They replied saying the opposite and they have sent me six emails reminding me the 14 day trial was ending and instructions on how to cancel. This is a huge lie because I never received such email! All in all, they firmly refused to refund me the "membership" charge they already placed on my card, and they sound as if nobody can punish them!I learned my ******* By filing a complaint here, I hope no one else will fall victim of this scam.

      My complaint is the same as the rest that I am seeing, i ordered compression socks and was paying for shipping and handling; I have been charged multiple times $24.97/ with no email or further explanation as to what the charge was for. The charged me twice in October! theemails received come from someone named ***** at *********************************** which looks like spam. they have charged me3 x $24.97 for what I am unsure. I want a refund and can't get a hold of anyone. This is a scam and unacceptable practice.

      I accepted their offer for free compression socks if I pay the shipping only but Ive now been charged the shipping fee of $6.?? And 2 charges for $24.97 payments that I did not agree to nor did I authorize. I tried contacting and got no answer repeatedly. I refuse to be charged again and I want my money back immediately. This company is a Scam and I will tell everyone I know about this trashy company if I dont get my money back and if another charge is made to my account!!

      Company made offer of free socks if shipping and handling was paid - $6.95, 10 days after placing order this company started an automatic change of $24.97 PER MONTH for no additional services or products. It went on for four months until I saw the charges. The additional monthly charges were not authorized. Contacted my **** CARD supplier and filed a fraud complaint. The credit card number is now changed and a **** Card refund provided for the nearly $100 of unauthorized charges. The company told CITI that I signed up for a discount membership for their products of 50% discount on all items ordered. Not seen any products or items to buy. It would take nearly $100 a month in purchases to break even EVERY MONTH if I agreed to this. No way. This is a fraud scheme that needs to be stopped.

      Like everyone else, Oct 5 I was charged $6.95 for shipping of free socks. I specifically looked to see if there was any mention of re-curring charges and could not find anything. Now I see a charge on Oct 19th, a charge for $24.97. It says backsocksleeve.com I did not knowingly agree to any such charges and specifically looked to make sure!!

      Like most of these complaints, my wife took them up on the offer of free socks, cover the shipping. Today I noticed money missing from an account so I went looking to find this company has charged us three times for 25 ish dollars. No where did it state that would be the case and getting in touch with them is completely impossible. Complete scam. I want my money back, disability is hard enough to live on without people trying to rip us off.
