      Unfortunately too was scammed by this company. Was offered compression socks with only shipping costs. The quality of the product is less than satisfactory and did not even fit. Upon trying to return them I was told that since I only paid shipping cost it wasn't necessary. Then on 10/6/22 my account was charged for ***** I did not approve this. This company as a is a scam and I would like my money returned!!. They must be stopped!

      In August I bought 1 pair of compression socks,now in September and October they have taken ***** each month I have called and ******** are busy and no return calls.i want my money back and no more taken.

      I ordered a free pair of socks in August. Paid under $7 for shipping and handling. Got the product in good condition and timely. Just noticed that my card was billed just under $25 in September and October. I contacted the company asking them to stop, and return my money and they refused, but did state that they would not take anymore. A membership fee for the ability to buy their over priced items is what they were charging me for. A technicality hidden in their terms of use policy. They allege that they emailed me concerning the end of the "free access" but I had given them my trash email that I do not check often. Which most people use for advertisements and deals, because you normally get spammed once you try a product.

      I ordered one pair of compression socks for only the cost of S&H, $6.97. Now almost two weeks later I still do not have my socks and they have debited my account for another $24.97. I have not ordered anything else and expect a refund!

      On or about 09/12/2022, I placed an online order for merchandise from BackSockSleeve.com. The total for that purchase was $6.95. On this date, while reviewing transaction on my account, I discover that on 09/25/2022, this company submitted another transaction in the amount of $24.97; however, I have not received any additional merchandise from this, nor did I approve future purchases when the order was placed. In doing some research on this company, apparently, this seems to be a routine practice of the company. This is an unauthorized transaction for which I will be filing a dispute with my card company. They list a Statement Reference No. of ************

      I agreed to pay shipping of $6.95 but was charged $14.97 instead. Terms state you may cancel within 14 days, but the phone number is never answered and sometimes goes to voice mail, but no one ever calls back. Was charged $24.97 14 days after original charge. Also the website only offers products, no where to cancel or dispute charge. Bogus company.

      I ordered on pair of socks and then nothing else. I just was debited ***** out of my account and I would like a refund as I didn't order any more of this product.
