      I do not understand why the Better Business Bureau cannot get this company stopped. I just put in a dispute on my Discover card for 15 charges of 24.97 a month and they found in the store’s favor and said I owe the money. This is ridiculous. I will keep fighting my case with Discover. The first charge was for 6.95 and I don’t remember ordering anything from this company. Discover didn’t notice the monthly charge on the 25th of the month until it hit on Christmas day. Then they texted me and asked if I had ordered anything from backsocksolution.com. I told them no and that’s when they noticed it had been going on since September 2022. They called the company. Evidently the company said that I signed up for a monthly VIP program and I didn’t. Total scam…I never ordered anything from them!

      I ordered a knee brace for $10.00 was supose to pay freight Beware!! They been charging my credit csrd every month for 37.55 since last Feb so iv paid icer 300.00 for a 10.00 elastic knee brace that didn't even fit my leg. Ic called them several times no luck with my refund .yheyvjeesaying they will talk to their management been waiting 2 weekscagain.

      I ordered a pair of these socks 3 years ago and they are still taking money out of my account!!!! I think they owe me my money back!! Never ever did it say they would take out more! Someone needs to stop these people. I’ve never received but one pair of socks from them. I’m a widow and I need that money . YOU DONT DESERVE ANY STARS!!!!

      I have been charger ***** a month for stuff or membership from backsocksleeve.com and l never gotten anything from them and l am seeing if you can help me out with this matter my only phone number no other phone number with in this matter from rose *********************** so l guess they have been scaming me for over two or three months l am a widow on a very low fixed income that's not right or fair for us poor people l will be waiting to hear from you soon **** ***********************

      I'm definitely not giving you any stars.....bought the knee brace for tge 6.95....2 days later charged ***** for a membership that wasn't in the dral!...Whether or not I get knee brace this place is a Scam

      BEWARE - If you do business with these parasites, you will be billed monthly for nothing. Once they get your card number, they milk you monthly. Change your credit card number so they will not be able to suck you dry.

      It is a scam!!! Order free socks, Got the socks and notice a couple months later a recurring charge of almost $40 a month. Contacted customer service and she stated that when I ordered I agreed to it. No way would I pay someone $40 a month for nothing. One pair of free socks cost me $240 when was all said and done. DONT DO IT!!!

      SCAM SCAM SCAM. Like everyone else, I ordered a "free" knee brace for S/H, which actually did come but it's not particularly useful. I received a bizarre "welcome to our VIP program" email which I deleted because I had NOT signed up for it, even if it's in teeny tiny type on their website, we should be able to OPT IN for something which has a hefty $37.57 charge per month, sheeeesh. Called the number on the ***************** "cancelled' my membership but refused to refund my $$, I have filed a dispute with them via ******* ***** and will presumably be made whole by ML, not them. Why is their name on the charge BACKSOCKSLEEVE.COM and on the website it's BACKSOLUTIONSTORE.ORG??I filed a complaint with the BBB because I should have looked them up and rread all your complained before ordering, shame on me -- a ****** learned.DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE!!

      This is a rip off. I Fell for the suppose wonderful offer of a knee sleeve for $6.95 which I purchased in August. According to the website it offered the sleeve for FREE-just pay $6.95 for shipping, #1 I have yet to receive the knee sleeve-never received a confirmation order number confirming my order- 2 weeks later I notice a charge of $37.57 was taken from my account i contacted the company which was no help whatsoever. I did mention on the site I order from I never saw that $37.57 was a membership fee. This is never posted on the advertising site for the knee sleeve. I did get them to cancel this membership FEE of $37.57- but because this was unauthorized I would like my money back
