On 10/20/22 I ordered compression socks for my plantar faschitis from Backsockssleeve, where you only had to pay shipping and handling. I was instead charged on my credit card on the same day by Vack Solution Store for $24,97 and now also for S&H for use of VIP store! I can assure you I can't afford $25 a month to spend freely like that and would had never agreed to such terms when I am on a strictbudget and can barely afford meals and Healthcare.I emailed them and got back this condescending email."You did agree to these terms when you placed your order. I did cancel the membership today for you and am attaching the sign up page that includes the terms of the membership that you signed up for that should look familiar."Attached was a blury copy of something that did not look familiar because I didn't agree to anything. I responded back and have not received any further responses. It's worth noting also that the email had the name ************************* and his picture is a generic photo of a guy obtained from imageshack, so my bet is its not his real picture nor his real name. The socks are junk and actually made my condition flare up more. They didn't care about that either.Initial Complaint

Ordered free socks. Paid for postage $6.95 on Oct 5. Never received the socks. On October 19 I was charged $24.95. I closed my credit card and issued a fraud report. Now, a month later, they somehow have my new card and have charged me again. I never agreed to any membership or recurring charge. The business backsocksleeve.com isn't a real website. I have no way to contact them. I don't expect to ever receive the socks, I just want for them to stop stealing from me. Ordered a free pair of BackSockSleeve in September and paid **** for shipping and handling to see if the socks would help me with my neuropathy. I have now been charged $25.97 in September and now today thru my bank card and still have not received products. I want my money back as I have limited income. Called phone for company. No answer. On August 9 2022 I bought a pair of compression socks for my client I paid $6.95 for the shipping cost well 14 days later I recognized a charg on my bank statement for $24.97 so I called the company and asked why they charged my card agin if I only payed for the socks the one time well they say that when u sent for the socks that I was signed up for a 14 day trail of a Subscription and that I was sent a reminder that the 14 days where about to expire I never received a email welli told the mover the phone and in email to cancel it out and to refund my money back to my card because I was not going to use there subscription and that I would like a refund and they refuse to refund my money back so last month my card was charged again for $24.97 and I had told them in the month of September to cancel the subscription so now they have an excuse that because the address that is on file and the name which is my Client ***************************** that they can't cancel the subscription I used my debit card for the transaction but my client was to receive the socks so now iam out of the money that they took from my account again and they don't want to refund me my money back I think that's pretty dirty of themInitial Complaint

Was charged $24.97 on 10/6/22, then again charged $24.97 on 11/5/22. Products were not received from this company, and it appears they are charging me $24.97 every month. I just found out I've been billed $24.97 a month from this company and I have no clue who they are.
