      I ordered a pair of free socks and you were supposed only pay for shipping and I looked at my credit card statement and they have been charging me $24.97 a month since October. I never authorized those transactions and Ive tried to call them and keep leaving messages but I never get a response back.

      I ordered compression socks once and am continuing to get charged to my card in the amount of $24.97. Can't get ahold of anyone to help me take it off. I should have only been charged a one time fee. I keep getting the charges every month. I need to get it to stop and get a refund from the company. I see many others have complained about the same thing.

      Ordered from them in June & saw nothing about a monthly subscription when I ordered. Since July the have taken ***** a month. They need to be stopped & refunds need to be given to all who fell pray to false advertising. They should be banned from advertising on *********************

      On May 21, 2022 I saw an Ad on ******* for a free pair of support socks on a site called "Sockhelpers" just pay shipping of $6.95. I was charged on May 21 for the socks. But before I even received the socks, 6 days after I placed the order there was a charge for an additional charge of $24.97 on my bank account that I did not recognize nor authorize. I was not even aware there was a membership involved in the purchase of the socks. I cannot recall how long after I received the socks but it was not within 5 days of placing the order.I have called and emailed the company to cancel the membership and please refund my account. After many emails I still have not received my refund. I have not received any other product other than the advertised "free" socks.After investigating this company I have found this company is based out of ******* and is under Back Solution Store LLC. This is shown on their website to contact them:************ and by ********************************** I also found this company has a different website under a different name:still listed as Back Solution Store LLC under "about us" tab but on website "getbacksocks.com" Copyright 2022 with the same email **********************************. Several different looking websites with different names but with ALL with the same customer support email of **************************************** If this company is a real legitimate company why different websites? I just found a few. How many more are there?Sockhelpers.com getbacksocks.com ************ has robbed me and many other customers of at least $24.97 not including the sock price which I believe is the lure to the deception. I believe this is a fraudulent company with a defective product, a fraudulent "membership scam" and hiding under a LLC and.Org company. Please help me get my refund.Thank you so much for your help,**************

      Like all the other complaints here, I answered an ad to try a pair of compression socks for the cost of shipping for $6.95 I was checking my bank account on 11/25/2022 and noticed a charge for $24.97 from back sock sleeve. I called the number listed on my account detail and was sent to a message line because according to them all operators were busy. I left a voicemail and of course, my call still hasn't been returned. I called my bank to report this and while on the call, my bank rep found another charge from the same company from 10/20/22 for another $24.97. I have received nothing from this company other than the compression socks I paid the shipping costs for. These people are ripping off everyone who answers the ad for the compression socks for the $6.95 cost of shipping. They, and others like them need to be stopped.

      I purchased this Sock from back sock sleeve.com. This is the receipt they sent me. No where on here said there was a monthly fee of $24.97. They have been taking $24.97 every month on September 26, 2022, October 26, 2022, and again on November 26, 2022. I did not authorize these withdrawals. I will go to my bank tomorrow to stop all future payments and hopefully get a refund on my money. This companys website no longer works either. But they continue to take money from me. This company needs to be reprimanded somehow!

      BackSpckSleeve.com took money from my account without permission. I never authorized this transaction, and I never applied for a subscription with the company. This is fraud.

      This company advertised a free pair for $6.95 ONLY - NO FINE PRINT about being charged $24.97 a MONTH. This is deceptive and CRIMINAL business practice. There is no way to contact and STOP THIS!

      On 9/5/22 I purchased online a pair of compression socks for $6.95. When I ordered the socks they were advertised as free and I only had to pay shipping and handling which was $6.95. Never did it state or display ANY information that it was a membership fee of $24.97 was required. I did not sign up for this and so far three (3) payments of $24.97 has been taken from my account. I have called incessantly and left several messages to the number provided only to get a recorded voicemail message to which I have yet to receive a response. I have contacted my bank to stop payment. This business appears to be a scam. Please investigate and shut them down. Thanks.
