These crooks advertised "free" compression socks, if you "just pay shipping". Shortly after placing my order, I not only received a confirmation for my order, but two complete strangers' names, addresses, and phone numbers. I woke up this morning to a notification, saying the company tried charging me over $37. When I attempted to visit their website, to see what was going on, there was no way for me to log in, or create an account. I visited their ******** page, and saw the dozens of poor reviews, for this COMPLETE SCAM OF A COMPANY. Taking advantage of at-risk/elderly people, with their website that's impossible to navigate, and hiding shady ******************* behind a series of links.Initial Complaint

Like most complaints against Backsolutionstore.org, I ordered a pair of compression socks and did not want a subscription. Their telephone number does not work, I sent an email to stop my subscription, but again, you have no proof as it is on their website. I would suggest that Shopify shut them down as they are running on their E Commerce solution. They are a scam. I was charge 2x at *****. I want this refunded.Initial Complaint

Bought on Jan. 4th compression socks 1 pr. Just had to pay ***** for **** 10 days later now there is a charge for 37 dollars. I emailed them and they said I joined their club. This was not made clear to me anywhere on their website that a monthly membership would be charged. For what? This is a scam I have demanded a refund but doubt I will get it. Backsocksleeve is a scam. Also goes under back solutions.com. ***** was take from my account Jan 14. The order was Jan 4th. The email said if I didnt cancel my membership within 14 days another charge would come out..WHAT MEMBERSHIP?..the order read xx905 and a second number was ******* FL125708350430.. please help me get my money back. Dear BBB: On 1/6/23 I placed an order for a pair of "knee savers" from this company. My cc was charged $59.95. I received the item on 1/9/23 and that same day, one of the straps came off! I tried to call the company to report the item as DEFECTIVE, but all I receive is a voicemail that tells the customer to send an email to *********************************** I sent them an email requesting an RMA number; as they state that without an RMA number, you cannot return the item. My email was SENT BACK to me as "undeliverable". I checked to make sure I had the correct email address, which I did. I am starting to think that this company is a fraud; and that such an email address does not exist. They also do not answer their phone either! I feel they just took my money! I am requesting FULL refund OF $59.95! I also would appreciate an RMA number sent to me via this letter so that I am able to RETURN the item back to them!!!! On 10/11/22, I ordered compression socks and $24.97 was debited from my credit card. I did receive the product, but I see now that three more payments have been deducted from my account. ***** an online purchase from backsocksleeve.com with the understanding I would receive a pair of compression socks for the one time fee of $6.95 for shipping. That was back in June I believe and since then each month on or around the 20th I've been charge $24.97 on my Venmo account. July, August, September, and November and December I was charge $12.57 I tried to look up the company on the internet to contact them and it doesn't seem to exist. I have numerous screenshota of my transactions. I've also seen similar complaints about this company regarding the exact same issue.
