      I made a purchase June 19th 2022 in that Purchase I received a free pair of socks for paying for shipping. I did receive these socks I started receiving charges to my account 3 months lafor a membership fee that I did not sign up for. When I contact the company I was told that I signed up because their website says make a purchase and join our club. Just because I made a purchase does not mean that I agree to sign up for a club. The email that they sent me for confirmation of purchase said nothing about joining a club. They took them to pond themselves to withdraw this amount for the last 5 months. They issued me a refund for one month but would not issue refund for the rest of the month stating that I knew I was signing up for a membership when I placed my order. This is a scam and it is deceptive. I went to their website today and could not find anything at all that says anything about signing up for a membership as they claimed.

      I purchased compression socks for $6.95 in August of 2022. And then was charged $24.97 from September on. After contacting them, now they claim I agreed to a monthly club. Which I have not. They now show a statement that was supposedly displayed during online order check-out in tiny print on very bottom of page. If they were to "offer" a real service it should be up in normal size print by the order information and in the order confirmation. Not a ghost email by an individual that *** have gone into spam if they really sent it. This is very deceiving behavior and happened to many I see now. This company needs to be shut down.

      I ordered the free compression socks and it was a promotional thing where you only pay shipping which i did. This was on January 20th. Today February 2ed I was charged ***** to my card. When I called they said they didn't receive a response to their emails to cancel my 14 day free subscription. Well I never received any emails from them after my purchase confirmation. Today I called and canceled on the 14th day. I was told marketing director would look it over and get back to me via email. They said they sent 2 emails so its against their policy to refund my money. I sent them the screenshot of my email with the company and marketing directors name in the search bar so that it covers all types of emails. I never received any from them about the trial or ending it. I feel as since I can prove they didn't send them I deserve reimbursement for the money they basically "stole".

      On 06-04-22 i purchased socks for price of shipping only @$6.95. For next 6 months they charged me $24.97 and I did not authorize these charges and did not receive any product either. I had to report my credit card as being stolen to stop the charges.

      Filled out questionnaire about compression stockings on 12/31/2022. It said I qualified for free pair os socks, just had to pay $6.95 for shipping. I wasn't sure, so I called customer service # for more information. Gentleman I spoke to told me that there were no hidden charges, all I would pay was $6.95. He also guaranteed it, so I said ok. He took my information over the phone, as I don't like putting credit card info on internet. Socks came in a clear plastic bag in small manilla envelope with no receipt or instructions. I happened to check my bank balance after paying some bills on 01/29/2023 to find out there was a charge of $37.57 missing from my account on 01/17/2023. I called bank ,they told me it was from back sock sleeve co. I called customer service on 01/30/2023 and spoke to ***** who took my info and said it would be reviewed by their **** and I would get an answer in an email from them. I explained to her they did not have my permission or anything in writing from me to withdraw any monies from me. Explained Gentleman never explained about a trial of 14 days & then I would have to cancel. I didn't sign up for anything. This company is a hoax and taking monies from innocent uninformed individuals such as myself. I would like to have my money of $37.57 refunded back to me. Their review ****.declined to do so. I have emails saved if needed.......Thank you for your cooperation. ***********************

      I agreed to pay shipping and handing to try out the socks. I did not agree to any future debits for any amount. I was charged $37.57 for something I never asked for or agreed to. I would like my money returned and future deductions stopped.

      made a purchase from an ad for backsolutionstore.org where they advertised a free pair of socks for $6.95 s&h. I received a confirmation email on 1/9/23 but with another person's name. On 1/12/23, my bank account was charged $37.57. I called the company and left a message as it stated that all operators were busy. I received an email back from the company on 1/21/23 stating that when I placed my order, I enrolled in their VIP MEMBERS ONLY STORE where they charge $24.97/mo but is free for the first 14 days. So, if the order was confirmed on 1/9/23, how was I then charged $37.57 not $24.97 THREE days later? And at a higher cost? I emailed back asking for a refund as I had not signed up for their VIP membership and had received no email reminding me to cancel. To:support (from me)Yet there is no reminder email and if it was sent to spam, it's not on me to check hence why you were able to collect my money. For a company, you're definitely not concerned with getting a bad review because ....holy cow look at all those bad reviews from other people saying the same thing I've been saying ....SCAM!!!!! **** STARTS OUT OF 5. ****** YOUR COMPANY!!!! I'm contacting my bank now.       Buyer beware! This company is not what it seems! I bought a pair of socks from backsolutionstore.com on 1/6/2023 for $6.95. (Order #: 65787F2B71) I received the item about a week later. In the order emails it has a section at the bottom that invites you to join their VIP membership but it does not explicitly state that you have been enrolled in their membership. There is also no info for how to cancel the membership. On 1/23/2023 I was charged $37.57 for a membership that I never signed up for. I know I didnt because I read every single word on the screen as I was placing my order for the socks. When I reached out to their customer service via phone the recording said everyone was busy and to please leave a message. So I did. And I emailed customer service. It was only then that I found out about the membership that I allegedly signed up for. Whoever sends the customer service emails (they dont give a name, its all anonymous, even though all the customer support emails use the name *************************, who is the Marketing Director) even furnished me with a screen shot of the order form, but it wasnt the one I saw as I ordered the $6.95 socks. Ive saved every email from *************************/backsolutionsstore.com and never did I receive anything telling me about/welcoming me to a 14 day trial VIP membership and how to cancel before I would be charged this $37.57 fee. (I did, however receive an email with another customers private information in it as well as one asking me if I saw *** on GMA) Ive asked nicely in my correspondence with whoever is running the customer support emails for them to refund the charge. The response I received was this: It is against standard business practices to refund membership fees. Sounds like a cop out and scam to me. All Im asking is for them to refund my money. Ive included the screenshot they sent me about joining the membership at time of purchase (which DOES NOT explicitly state I was joining) and my screenshot of emails.

      Billing issues 1/24/2023 I ordered a pair of FREE compression socks and was only supposed to pay for shipping. Nowhere did it state that I would be charged for anything else. At almost 3am this morning a charge of almost $38 tried to go through on my cash app card. Thankfully I keep money sitting in my cash app but I shouldnt be getting a charge from this company for anything! I paid the shipping, I've received my socks, and that should have been the last of any transactions between the company and myself. A rip off! This company should be shut down!
