      This company charged me in full on 1/2023. I paid for the product. Im being charged again. I did not order this product again and theyre charging my credit card today 2/17/23. There is a pending charge taking place. I do not want anything from this company. Theyre scammers, without my knowledge of using my account for nothing.

      I was only supposed to be charged for shipping of **** in December. I have since been charged every month a different price.

      January 3, 2022 made purchase of compression socks and charged $20.85. January 29,2022 charged $20.85 again. February 12, 2022 charged $24.97 and charged that same amount every month since right up to February 12, 2023.On July 15, 2022 in response to my contacting them they cancelled my membership and stated there would be no more charges. Cant shut this thing off. Called phone number available and operator said she had no record of my account.

      I ordered a free pair of socks + $6.95 shipping in Nov. 2022. I received the socks but then was charged the following month $24.97 for a membership fee I was not aware of. I would like my $24.97 returned. I sent a complaint to you in Dec. 2022 & have heard nothing back from you. Please advise. *******************

      Did a one-time order didn't like them suddenly I'm going to charge $37 because they said they emailed me and I didn't cancel when they emailed me I never got an email and now they're going to decide if I should get my money back or not I live on social security and I work I don't have that kind of money to spend $37 on some s*** a** socks

      This is a shell corporation set up solely to scam people out of their money! They have you buy a $7.00 pair of socks and they sign you up for a $***** monthly reoccurring charge. They say they send you and email. But I never saw it. They did not provide me copy of the email, they only provided me a copy of the advertisement. They charge ***** a month for a discount on their website. Not even products you would buy every month! They over inflate the price and say you are getting some huge discount I guess. There is not discount that justifies $***** monthly fees! This is an unethical and immoral way to do business. The product they sent was a piece of junk and did not even fit my foot. I want my money returned for this scam.

      On 1/20/23, I ordered a pair of free socks from them and I only had to pay $6.95 for shipping/handling. I received 2 emails from them pertaining to the shipment of the socks. Suddenly last Friday 2/3/23, I see my debit card balance and notice they had charged me $37.57. I emailed them that same day and I received a reply stating I had received an email from the doctor let me know I had some days to cancel a membership I had agreed to when I purchased the socks. I immediately emailed them to tell them I had not received the email from the doctor. Again, they replied with a copy of the purported email they sent me. As I try to read it, the part of the membership charge and cancellation process is very blurry. I decided to email them with an ultimatum on 1/4/23 and they replied that my membership had been canceled but it was not business procedure to refund money. I have not received nor heard from them about my refund.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

      I received your letter and I want to thank you for the update.

      I contacted my credit card company and they filed for a reimbursement of the amount they charged my credit card for.  They were successful and the amount has been credited to my credit card.  Although the company employee told me that I have been placed in a black list for other companies to not sell to me.

      I have read on ******** posts recently, that they continue to operate the same way with other people. I wish there was a way to stop them from scamming people.

      On January 22, 2023 I placed an order for compression socks with the understanding that I would only pay shipping of ****. on 2/6/2023 my card was charged $37.57 for a trial subscription which I did not authorize or agree to I called to have this fee refunded to my account and was told it would need to be authorized by management. They just sent me an email "You did agree to these terms when you placed your order." Buyer beware. You are signing up for a monthly membership when you make a purchase and you are automatically authorizing them to make the monthly withdrawal. According to the email they sent me it states that I should have received another email informing me that I had 14 days to cancel, none of the emails they sent me explicitly tell me I enrolled for a subscription

      On 1/24/2023 I requested a pair of free compression socks. All that was needed to pay to receive the free compression socks was the shipping and handling fee of $6.95. A few days later I received the product. On Feb. 4th a charge of $37.57 was in my account from this company. I never authorized nor accepted any type of membership nor product to have to pay for or cancel subscription or any of the sorts. This is straight up shady business and robbery. They trick you into a free product and once they have your bank info they keep charging fake sums which are unauthorized. Thats stealing! Please stop this company from taking hard earned money from people.
