I ordered a free knee compression sleeve and was only required to pay $6.95 for shipping/handling. I also ordered 2 additional knee sleeves but was sent and charged for 4 additional knee sleeves. In total I received 5 knee sleeves. Nowhere on the advertisement or on the order page was there a disclaimer stating that I would be charged for a subscription at $37.57 per month. I also never set up an account to receive any perks. I never would've continued with the order if that had been the case. I did however overlook the charges by not reviewing my bank statements until today. I happened to look on my September 2023 bank statement and saw the charge. The only other bank statement I could currently find was April 2023 and the charge was on there also. So at least for 7 months I have been paying for an unknown subscription. This company was very deceptive. I have emailed them to cancel my subscription. I am awaiting a reply. The need to be held accountable for these indiscretions.Initial Complaint

On April 24, 2023, I ordered a free pair of compression socks and paid for shipping. On September 11, 2023, I noticed a charge on my credit card I did not recognize. I looked back and found that there had been five unauthorized charges of $37.57. After researching this company, I found that they have done this to many people. They say that when I ordered their socks, I agreed to join their VIP program for access to other products and services. I do recall receiving emails about this program, but I did not open an account. I received another email telling me to set my password which I also did not do. After noticing the unauthorized charges, I contacted the company and told them to stop charging my credit card and refund the money they already charged. The customer services representative said she cancelled my account, she would refund the most recent charge, but would have to send my request for full refund to management.Initial Complaint

I saw this compression sleeve ad on ********* It was knee compression sleeve. The cost was **** shipping and handling that was the cost.0n 9/18 /2023 I checked my bank account and the company took out a fee of $*****. When I called the company they said it was a promotion fee for socks. No where did I see there was a monthly promotion fee charge. When I talked with company they said they would turn it over to the higher ** in the company to see about refunding my money. I'm a senior on disability and to look into ur bank account and see ***** missing. That money I could use for medicine so now I have to not take my medicine for a month. Can u please help me. About a month or so ago I saw a pop up add for a compression sleeve that promised to help with my knee pain. It was stated that I could get a free compression sleeve. I entered my information which includes my debit information to ******************* I received my item and thought that was the end of it. However I checked my bank account when I noticed a purchase pending that I had not made. I didn't know what it was and when I investigated I found out that it is a fraudulent website that doesn't tell you that money will be taken out of your bank account every month. I am on disability and cannot afford this and I definitely did not see anything telling me that this was a recurring charge. I am outraged because that money was meant for other bills that I pay every month. Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciatedInitial Complaint

I never authorized this company to take money from my account. They took ***** from May through September and I overlooked the charges. I contacted them and they only wanted to reimburse me for one month. I never authorized this action. I want a full refund. Thanks
