      I did not see anything about joining the Back Sollutions and did not receive notification that the 14 day trial was going to end or I would have ended it. I ordered these to try for postage only (which I paid). I am disputing this charge with my bank. I also have noticed several other complaints about this company.

      Backsocksleeve.com I ordered a knee sleeve for arthritis an paid **** I am getting charged ***** on my **** I did not sign up for anything an this company I found out is a scam. They try to charge my account each month. This needs to stop. They do not answer any of my calls to cancel. Need help.

      I bought some compression socks from this company back on July 4th, it was a free pair and I was to pay shipping $6.95. Attached is an email I received where they mention a VIP program, I have not enrolled in that, neither it indicates I did at the time of purchase. Then on 9/8/23, I noticed there was a charge of ***** on my card, I called them and they alerted me there was another charge in August for ***** for the same company. I didn't signup for a subscription and apparently this is a scam, a lot of other people have been victimized. I want my money back. I am attaching the initial order along with the conversation I had with them this morning. They sent me a couple of emails saying they were sorry I unsubscribed back in August. I didn't enroll the first time, not sure what kind of gimmick they are pulling. I can't attach the documents as the size is big.

      On August 23 I ordered a free knee brace, for which I paid S/H, no problem. It arrived and wasn't particularly useful so I decided not to order anything else from this company. I received an odd email congratulating me for joining their "VIP program" but since I did NOT opt in, I thought nothing of it and deleted the email. I then checked my debit card and a few days later I saw they had charged me $37.57 -- called the # on the ***************** "cancelled" my VIP membership, cough, but said they could not refund that first month's payment. I have now filed a dispute with ******* ***** & am furious. NOTE: the company listed on the credit card statement is ******************** and the actual website is ***************** which is also suspicious. I should have checked their rating on the BBB but I thought the "free" knee brace might be okay.

      This is a scam.I was charged $37.57 per month from March to August and never agreed to it for $6.95 pair of socks I bought on 2/22/23. My Citi/Costco voided all but March and April. Please void those 2 mos. or $75.14.

      Once a customer disputes, it is between the banks to handle and we are not suppose to interfere with their decisions. We just flag that customer as fruadulent so they cannot place future orders.

      On August 11 ordered a knee sleeve free with shipping charge of ****. Sleeve came, it didn't fit. There were no different sizes available so didn't need an exchange, just to return sleeve. No place to do that, no person/place to return to or even contact. Now there is a charge of ***** on my account. Need that money to be returned.

      I ordered a knee brace, and was charged $6.95. I am now being charged $37.57 monthly for a "membership" that I did not agree to. not have gotten any benefits from. When I try to call the company, I get put on hold then they just hang up. I need to get this cancelled.

      Like all the other complaints I read, I paid for shipping and handling for a compression sock for my knee. I paid **** s&h. That should have been the end of it, however they charged my account not once but twice for almost 38 dollars. I did not authorize that. I went to my bank and hopefully they will take care of it but these people need to be stopped. It's a scam. Please, if you are reading this be careful!! I had one of my items bounce because of them!

      Definitely did not join a club. Just put in one order for socks. I want all my money returned. Put this order in sometime ago, 2021 and never received the order. Company continues to take $37.57 from my account on a monthly basis. Just noticed today recurring statement. I am a retired 67 year old woman on a very fixed income, whom lives alone. Need my monies back, never even got a pair of socks as advertised. But getting ripped off monthly

      I order a pair of foot socks for **** and when I ordered they signed me up for some plan I did not want. They say they sent me emails to cancel and I never got them. They sent me a copy today so blurry today I couldn't make out anything on it so I know it was sent to cover their tracks. I tried calling got a guy we will call ***** because it took him a whole minute to tell me his name. Said he can't tell me his last name. He was a foreign person and I had trouble understanding him at times. He said he won't give me my money back of ***** for July 16 2023 and. ***** for August 16 2023. I did ask to talk to someone else and he said he work at home. I got email from him and replied several times to this email but not getting anywhere and doubt I'm dealing with anyone new.
