I purchased socks from them now they've been charging me $37.57 every month starting in April every 11 the of the month. they said it was for a membership . I didn't join anything I just bought socks ok want my money back. They are a scam I live on a fixed income every month. Date of 1st transaction appr June 15, 2023.I was ordering a Free Knee brace for my 91yr old mother. Shipping was $6-. I gave them CC info for this. Then they tried to Upsell me before I exited the site. I said No to everything. I never got the Knee brace. Two weeks later they say it was sent and returned. So I updated my address. Then I noticed I hand a 2nd charge from then on my bank statement around 7/3/23 appr.I sent them an email inquiring about this and was told. I signed an agreement to be a VIP member charged a monthly fee at $37.35 which they charged to my account. There was no agreement on the website about this or I would have Stopped the Order!I asked them for a a refund and they said they canceled my membership but would have to seek approval for a refund in 3-7days. I just received the knee brace on 7/6/23 and the address I gave you was from the ****************** in Fl.I want a Refund from this Company and for them to Stop misleading people. I purchased a knee brace on 2/27/2023 for $6.95. I have since been receiving subsequent charges for $37.57 each month. I called the company and they told me that my purchase had a condition that I be enrolled in a VIP membership. They agreed to cancel the "membership", but, when I asked them for a full refund (4 payments) they said they will have to speak with "upper management" for approval. I ordered a one time item in May of 2023 for $6.95 and since have been charged $37.57 in June and now again in July I need this to stop I did not approve these transactions and will be contacting my bank and who ever else that is needed to have this stop being taken from my account. I have noticed that im not the only one that this fraudulent thing this has happened too. I initially purchased a knee compression device from this company. Price was $19.95 to the best of my memory. Product was totally useless for me. Shortly thereafter, my health was in turmoil and I didn't notice the monthly charge of $37.57 on my credit card. When my wife did notice the many months of charges she contacted this company to stop charging me and to refund the fees already collected. She was assured that this would be processed. Never received the refunds and I noticed on last month's bill that the $37.57 was still being collected. My wife again contacted them this week, and they said they would refund one month only and stated that they would stop the monthly charges. I also contacted them today and had no success in getting them to refund the many months of charges. Apparently, this is a very common issue with this company. They sell inferior products and slap on this monthly charge. If not for my health issues, I would have addressed this as soon as I saw that first charge. I will contact my states AG as well as the ************************** if you cannot assist me. I don't really know if that is within your capabilities.Initial Complaint

I placed an order for a knee brace and only had to pay S&H on June 17 for my husband.The end of placing the order kept on stopping so I had to close it down and restart. Before doing that no screen did I see that in 14 Days I would be charged $37.57. which turns out to be a membership fee.I contacted them to cancel and ask for a refund.they did cancel,no refund to this point.continue to say it's within terms. I sent them copies of the email that's in my Spam folder and they continue to call me a liar. The brace doesn't even fit. I can't return it because it's a promotion,I can exchange and pay towards a larger size. I contacted support who constantly for hour or so went back and forth with me over the "terms" that I never seen.Bottom line Ordered product that shouldn't have on June 17th.July 1st, $37.57pending charges to my account. It cleared on July 2nd.I found the email they tag told me was sent in my spam folder, there an 800 number at the bottom so I called,once I gave my email address,they knew all about what was going on. And they would take my information has been sent to management for review. the one thing is you can't lie about the days from June 17th to July 1st is 14 Days. I called to cancel as soon as I knew of this. The membership fee came out on the 14th day, actually 13th day. Because it was pending July 1st. The Brace doesn't even fit but no way am I having any more dealings with these people. I'm done with them. I would not have even got the brace had I seen there was a membership in 14 Days. I was told it would take 3 days or so for ***************** to review,then I noticed a message Sunday that they have reviewed my account and basically said no.Thank youInitial Complaint

I went on the website and decided to buy the knee sleeve at the " pay only shipping special $6.95 . I put all my credit card and address info in and the order would not complete. After trying about 6 times I just canceled my order. 4 days later I received the knee sleeve. That is odd since my order canceled. But somehow they were able to charge my card $6.95. So I accepted it. Then I received a text from my credit card company for an additional charge of $***** on 6/20/23 , I told them I do not authorize this charge so *********** canceled my card for fraud charge and is sending me a new card. So now every 3 days I get a text from Capitol one about a new charge for $ ***** and now on 7/02/23 backsocksleeve.com is trying to charge an additional $22.54.
