      I ordered a knee brace for free except for s&h charge of ****. I was billed ***** on 6/23 and ***** on 7/22 without my authorization. Please help me to receive a refund. I do not want nor did i authorize a monthly charge.

      I responded to an email that gave a free pair of compression socks for a minimal shipping fee. Buried in the small print was a "membership" of $37.50 for nothing that I am aware of. For 6 months this company has been taking the money from our account. I called and was told that I agreed to this. Unbelievable. This is a scam. I am certain that if the records of this company were monitored that would be brought to light. The socks provided were cheap and ineffective - laughable, in fact.

      My complain is concerning unauthorized and/or unexpected charge of $37.57 that I signed up for what I thought was a free compression Knee saver which only have to paid the shipping for $6.95 that was it ! But after few days I discovered additional unauthorized charge on my credit card like a membership of the $37.57.the first time I call in complain they cancel the membership and I was told that the refund have to be request and that will be an answer in 3 days but they never did so I call many times again and my Phone was tracked and hung up so I decide to call from my friends phone and I spoke to them and I was told the my request for the refund was decline they was very rude and nasty to me this people are scammers I need your help to resolve this case and many from this fraudulent people.

      I just want to let you know that my credit card company Spock to the merchant and mede them pay me back my money $37.57 It was credited to my account .

      Backsocksleeve.com charged my cc $6.95 on 7/3/23 for a kneebrace which I agreed to and received.They then charged me an additional $37.57 on 7/21/23 which I did not approve.They're phone no. is for another business and I am not able to get intouch with co.p

      I ordered a knee brace for $6.95 on 6/29/23. I saw no fine print saying they were going to debit my card for $37.57 in the future, which they did on 7/13/23. I called them and expressed my displeasure re this debit & how I have knee pain & am almost broke, etc. The agent said my acct would be under review & that I should call back. I have been calling and every time I get in their queue, my call is dropped, ie they hang up on me.

      After reading the reviews, I see this company has been victimizing others much the same way they did me. I purchased the knee sleeve for ****. I was then charged *****. They are obviously using deceptive practices with their membership. They should be shutdown. I had to cancel my credit card and open an investigation with my bank. My bank has agreed to refund the ***** pending their investigation. All these testimonies are obviously a pattern of criminal behavior and this company needs to be stopped ASAP! Thanks BBB for all you do to protect consumers!

      The business reimbursed me after I called out their staff for engaging in deceptive criminal like behavior. They tried to say they sent me emails that my trial period was about to end and the membership fee would be withdrawn from my account. The evidence they provided of that email wasn't time/date stamped. I called them out on that and sent them a screen shot of what comes ** in my email when use my emails search tool. They reimbursed me the next day. Thanks for following up. Stay after them they are unethical and need to be stopped!

      They advertised on FB to try these socks only pay shipping and handling and then give a review ( which I did) I did NOT subscribed to anything! But yet they ( like Im sure many others) are taking $37.57 since April which I didnt know till today when my bank notified me. Ive stop the card and my bank card fraud is trying to get me reimbursed. They need to be shut down! Please help

      On 06/28/2023 I purchased their compression knee brace for free and agreed to pay only shipping in the amount of $6.95. Then on 07/12/2023 I was charged on my card $37.57. Their was nothing in their ad disclosing that I was signing up for anything else or would be charged anything else in the future. I received no emails or other correspondence that I was signing up or agreeing to anything else. In July of 2022, the BBB contacted them regarding their advertising practices and the company has yet to respond yet continues to scam people.

      I'm 78 years old and on a fixed income, and wanted to try these socks. What I did not know was these people where going to sign me up for a monthly payment that would never stop.
