      Ordered a knee brace that was supposedly free just pay shipping. There was no place to accept any kind of membership fee. However, I received a bank charge of ***** on my credit card today. I did not accept such a charge and want my charge refunded.I also do not want this company to continue such deceptive practices.

      I declined ordering after it would not accept my card. It still added it to my account a couple days later. I have called and talked twice with my credit card company but they are asking for me to send info which I have never had. I received a package and will return it unopened when the charge is removed from my card. I DO NOT want a subscription with this company so please remove my name from ****************** Thank you, *********************, ***************************************************************************

      I bought a compression sleeve for my knee for $6.95 on February 21, 2023. I used my cash app card as I often do for small, one-time purchases. On March 7th and 10th they tried to charge my card $37.57. It was declined due to insufficient funds. I only keep a certain amount on my card per week for spending. Once its gone, its gone and I'm done spending. These additional purchases were NOT authorized! How do I get them to stop charging my card? And How do I ensure this won't leave my account with a negative balance?

      On February 22, 2023, I ordered a free pair of socks (which I never received) from an instagram ad. I was only required to pay **** in shipping and handling. Today March 9, 2023 there was a charge posted to my bank for $37.27, I immediately emailed asking what the charge was. I received a response stating that I agreed to a membership and that I received an email stating that I needed to cancel in order to not be charged, which is not true. I was also told that it is against standard business practices to refund membership fees.

      I have purchased nothing from them as I have screenshot from their website stating no one answers phone yet my account has been charged a smaller fee and two identical fees at beginning of months no way to cancel anything I havent purchased nothing on website

      Feb. 19th ordered socks from this so called company and was charged **** shipping and a few minutes later ***** and just now they are withdrawaling 37.57...pending. this left me with **** in my acct. I'm sick of these ditch pigs ripping me off. Card was canceled

      On 2-15-23 I made the mistake of ordering a free pair of socks that was supposed to help with pain for the cost of shipping of $6.95, the $6.95 was taken out of my bank account on 2-16-23 and I received an email on 2-17-23 from a ************************* saying they were shipped and I received them on 2-21-23 with a confirmation of delivery from post office of 2-21-23. I called and cancelled the free 14 day membership on 2-1-23 that I didn't know about when I ordered them which was 8 days after receiving them and it was the 14th day after placing the order. The 14 day free membership should start the day i received the order, but if they start it the day i placed the order then i cancelled on the 14th day so i still cancelled within the free membership. On 2-2-23 they charged my bank ccount not the $24.97 membership fee but they took out $37.97. When I called to see why they took the money out of my account the person refused to talk to me. This company is a scam company and they steal people's money and they should be put out of business.I can go to bank and get bank records to show they take more than they say it cost for membership.

      I like many of the people here was suckered into the free socks just pay shipping load of bs. Today I have a charge for $37.57 that I neither authorized or consented to. Calls to customer service go unanswered though I left messages. I have also emailed the company asking for a refund. Since this was withdrawn from my main bank account I may just have to make a fraud report. This business should be investigated and shut down immediately!
