      Paid for shipping of free pair socks on 6 March. My credit card was charged $37.57 on 20 March 23. That I did not agree to. I seek to have my $37.57 refunded and whatever is allowing my credit card to be charged be canceled.

      I ordered the sock sleeve and they said it was free and to just pay **** shipping I checked my account and this company took ***** out of my account without my permission I'm upset because I'm on a fixed income and felt the company tricked me.

      I ordered a free knee brace and paid for shipping only and added to the order detox pads. I placed the order on March 8 of 2023 received the order approximately seven days later. On March 20. My bank account was charged at amount of. $37.57 without an email warning. When I called the company I was told this was part of a VIP membership. I asked for a full refund and to cancel. I was assured of the cancellation and that the full refund would be sent to higher management when I asked to speak to someone I was told they were not available or there.

      Back sock sleeve keeps charging my credit card for a service I didn't sign up for and I'm receiving no merchandise I accepted an offer for a free pair of compression socks in which I would pay shipping and handling only equaling $14.95. they continue to charge my credit card $37.57 a month.

      I ordered a knee brace for $6.95 on 2/15/2023. My Discover credit card was charged for this and an additional $37.57 on 3/1/2023. I called Back Solutions Store, or backsocksleeve.com in ** to ask about this charge. They said I agreed to this charge, but I did not. They said they sent an email about this $37.57 charge, but they did not. I believe this charge is a scam, and am willing to return the knee brace to remove all charges.

      Back Solution Store is set up to where you buy a pair of Compression Socks for Shpg and Handling, so good deal I did. Just a couple of days ago I see a charge posted to my account from them, something about a subscription service which I didn't see it posted in the ad till I read the fine print at the bottom. Right now they are giving me problems returning the money back to my account. They did cancel the subscription but they still owe me for $36 and change which in my book is very misleading. Thank you. *******

      On February 6th I ordered a pair of compression socks for free and paid a $**** shipping fee. I was then charged the $ **** plus $37.57 on February 17th and again on March 17th. I did not authorize these payments which are showing up as Backsock.com I only authorized the $**** payment. Please help me get my money back from them

      January 31, 2023 ordered a pair of black sock sleeves to help with my feet. Received them on February 4th. The ad stated to try them for $6.95 shipping and handling. On February 17th, Backsock sleeve. com deducted $37.57 from my checking account. I did not purchased anything else. I thought well, I must have misread the ad. Now, I have received another deduction from my account for $37.57 on March 16th. I'm a senior citizen on a limited income and can not afford for this to continue. I will change my debit card, but will have to bite these 2 charges because of other bills coming out of my account. I just do not want anyone else to be duped into something that says "Yes try these for $6.95" then wind up having almost $40 a month being taken from their debit card the way I have. Trust me, these backsock sleeves are not worth it. They are so tight my ankles had deep marks on them after only having them on for 3 or 4 minutes. Thank you for you help.

      On February 27, 2023 9:28 Am I purchased the knee compression brace free but had to pay for shipping and handling which was $6.95. So March 2, 2023 I received an email saying that it's on its way. So today I checked my account to see many transactions from them in my account on March 14, 2023 that $4.00; $1.11; and $37.57 was takened out by Backsocksleeve.com ********** which is also their phone number to the company. I called to ask why are these transactions still coming out of my account without my knowledge or authorization. **************** said they're sorry for the inconvenience and they'll transfer me to billing department and then hung up on me. So I checked my email and they're telling me that they canceled my So called membership and that I have to go online to cancel it myself. So I went to my financial institution to see what I can do to stop any further transactions coming in. They said there's no acp# just ********** # which is their phone number. When I got the purchased item there was no information on how to care for the product, information about the product, or about other products, and about the company either.       On February 23, 2023, I was scrolling ******** and I saw an advertisement for compression socks, all I had to do was pay shipping. So I purchased the socks for $6.95 from Back Sock Sleeve. No where did it say I was joining some kind of club or membership. In fact, I havent even worn the socks yet. Then this morning, I awake to a charge for $37.57 from Back Sock Sleeves (Friday, March 10, 2023). I immediately look up their website, try to sign in (which I dont recall creating a sign in for them) then I try to contact them to no avail. I would like to file a complaint with you and also request a refund. And I need to cancel my subscription, which I never ever signed up for. They have since reached out to me and cancelled my subscription (which I never signed up for) but refuse my refund of $37.57. I have never even received any product for this amount nor do I know what the charge was when for. As *** said, I never signed up for this subscription.
