CUSTOMER BEWARE!!!! From *********************************** ************ ran an add on ******** for a free knee brace, only had to pay the S&H and asked to provide a review on the product once received and worn. Today April 6, 2023 there was a charge posted to my bank for $*****. I immediately called the number listed for the ******** on my bank statement to ask why I was charged *****? The customer service rep stated I agreed to a membership and that I received an email stating that I needed to cancel before 14 days in-order to not be charged, which is not true. I stated this was never told to me at time of order or when the company sent the email stating item has shipped. Rep advised they would forward for review of refund. 3 days later I received an email stating I did not cancel before 14 days and no refund would be given. I am asking for a refund of the amount $***** because I never authorized this charge and did not receive anything from the company until AFTER I questioned the charge about a monthly membership.Initial Complaint

Backsocksleeve.com I have been waiting on my order of compression socks arrival for 6 weeks now. I placed 2 orders. On the same day after reading their offerings on the web site. I have not received anything as of yet. My discover card was charge april 5th, 2023. I used a different entity to pay for my 2nd order which was about $80.00. I want my money back.Initial Complaint

I ordered compression socks on March 19, 2023, only had to pay S&H of $6.95. Now They are charging my credit card for $37.57. The sock purchase was a one time purchase. There was nothing in the advertising about a subscription or I would have never ordered the socks. there is a 30 day refund Gaurentee I want all of my,money back. I purchased a pair of support socks on 1/23/23 from this company for $6.95. The offer was for a free pair of socks if I paid a $6.95 shipping fee. Yesterday, I opened my account to see a withdrawal from this company of $37.57. At first I didnt even know who this was because when I ordered the socks it was a company under a different name, Happy Feet. I went back through all my statements and discovered that they withdrew $37.57 on 2/6/23 and 3/6/23 also, for a total of $112.71 unauthorized withdrawals with no services rendered. I only figured out who they were when I saw on my January statement that backsocksleeve.com was the name on the original withdrawal for the one pair of socks I had ordered. I called the company and the representative informed me that when I ordered the socks, I should have noticed that I was agreeing to a subscription fee of $37.57 a month for the right to make future purchases at 50% off. I told her there was no such agreement on the order form and that I want my money back. She said they will cancel my future subscriptions, but nothing about a refund, then hung up on me. I am asking for a full refund of the $112.72 that they have stolen from **** have no supporting documents because I did not order anything - they just took my money.Initial Complaint

On March 18th I purchased a knee brace through backsocksleevless for **** and no where on their website states that they'll be charging a monthly fee. Now on 4/3/23 an amount of ***** has been withdrawn from my account. I've tried calling the # they have listed and it automatically hangs up. Call never goes thru. They're such crooks & scammers and need to be arrested for taking people's money without permission. Making people think they're a legit company. And they're nothing but crooks. I trusted them. On 01/01/23, I paid $6.95 to have a free pair of compression socks shipped to me. I was not signing up for any kind of subscription, just a free pair of socks in exchange for the shipping cost of $6.95. On 01/15/23 I was then charged $24.97. On 02/15/23 I was charged $24.97 again and once more I was charged $24.97 on 03/15/23. I have not received anything additional (products, services, etc) for these charges. When you call the phone number that appears on the credit card statement, it tells you to leave a message then hangs up on you. After multiple attempts, because I was not getting responses to the emails I sent to their customer service department, someone finally answered the phone and said they received my emails and sent them to the accounting department to see if I'm "eligible" for a refund, and cancelled the "subscription" that they signed me up for (which, again, I haven't received anything for, nor did I get notifications that I was being charged each month, nothing). I have since received a refund for the most recent charge on 03/15/23, but they have not responded to my messages requesting that they reverse the other 2 unauthorized charges. All I want is a refund for the 2 remaining charges of $24.97, and to warn off anyone who might consider purchasing from this company in the future. Seeing all these complaints, I can see that this has happened to hundreds of unsuspecting people.Initial Complaint
