On March 12, 2023 I saw an ad for a knee brace and just have to pay shipping & handling of $6.95 my husband needed this - I checked my bank statement and saw on March 26,2023 they charged me $ ***** I called ************ talked to ***** she said it was a Membership Fee - I Never Saw Anything about a Membership Fee at all !!! ***** said she would Cancel the Membership and I would get a Refund in 5 to 10 days - and she would send me an Email letting me know she took care of this - I Never got an Email and I Have NOT gotten a Refund !!!!! I had order a knee brace for $6.95 no where's did it say I would need to cancel in 14 days or I would be charged $37.57 however when my bank called me and wanted to know if I had charged this amount I called the company that was on my statement and when speaking to the gentleman he did say he would cancel my subscription I said what subscription I never said I wanted nor did I see that on the information when I ordered my knee sock/brace! So he said he would cancel my subscription I told him they were Frauds and I will let all my FB friends know not to order from them!Initial Complaint

Several months ago, I tried to place an order for a knee brace from a ******* link advertisement for $6.95 shipping only charge. As I was completing the order, I received a pop-up window that stated insufficient funds, so I never had a chance to complete the order. A few days ago, I noticed two charges on my credit card ($6.95 and $37.57). I made several attempts to contact the company to advise them of the issues ordering the item, that I have not received the knee brace, and for a refund both charges with negative results. They advised me that I was automatically enrolled in a VIP membership of which I had no knowledge of due to the issue ordering the item. I explained that due to the ordering issue I figured it was not a valid site until I noticed the charges on my card.Initial Complaint

In January I ordered a pair of socks and was fraudulently enrolled in a club to get a special price on these and other items. They have been taking $35 out of my account every month! This is a scam and want my money refunded!Initial Complaint

I discovered on my online banking app this morning that these people charged my account in the amount of $37.57 and I did not know what for. I also noticed after looking closer that they charged me last month too! I was not sure why. After reading the complaints on here, they apparently get you to purchase something from them and only pay shipping and handling. In this case, it was for compression socks. The socks are so tight I cant even get them on! I have read that this will sign you up for a membership where they automatically charge your acct for your membership. Membership for what??? I have not received anything from this company, except for the acknowledgment that I ordered the socks. I havent seen any other special offers since I am a member. I have emailed them requesting that they immediately cancel anything I have with them and that I expect a refund for the 2 charges. Although I am not crossing my fingers that they will refund my money. This is such a pathetic way to do business!Initial Complaint

In November of 2022 I responded to an ad for "Free" constriction socks for foot pain and circulation. All you had to do was pay for the $6.95 shipping cost. Unbeknownst to me and without my consent they starting charging me $24.97 per month for some kind of unknown "service". I never wanted it and did not agree to this unauthorized charge. Unfortunately I did not notice it was being taken from account monthly from November 2022 to March 2023 - I noticed this in March and contacted them about it and then found out it was a monthly charge - I cancelled this immediately and asked them to refund the whole amount of $24.97 x 5 = $124.85. They only refunded the March payment of $24.97. I told them I wanted the entire amount refunded and this is the response I got from them: It is against our terms to refund membership fees. We did make an exception for you and issued the most recent payment. We do not refund past *************************************************************** to take money from someone's bank account without their consent. What recourse do I have to get this money back? march 27,2023 ordered a knee brace for $6.95 which i received. to day i noticed a pending charge for #**.57!! i called the phone number i got online and talked to a person who said that was a charge for a VIP service that was supposedly gone over in terms and agreements which i did not see. she said my vip service will be cancelled but when i asked about a refund she said the request would go to a manager and would be decided in 3-5 days. never again will i order from a company i know nothing about!!Initial Complaint

I got the knee brace for free paid only shipping for it. It did cone in the mail, but now I'm being charged $37.73 for it and I did not authorize it.
