      I paid for the shipping of the knee compression sleeve ( free item ) thru will continue charging my credit card 2 times . Non authorized payments . *** same copy email sent to other customers , was sent to me . Spoke w customer service early April , long before my email . To cancel and Credit my account of 2 payments gif March and April of $37. 67. This company its a scam . ***y said will credit my account . Until today I have not received any payments back . Scam , scam *** marketing Director , ************************** should be investigated !

      Original transaction date 2/27/2023 $6.95 for shipping for open toe ankle foot compression socks. I received the size had to be for a child not an adult male size. There have been two withdrawals from my bank account for $37.57 on 03/11//2023 and 04/17/2023 which were not authorized under any circumstances. Company is playing the run around game. I will have my bank refund money and put Back Solutions Store on fraud list.

      On Feb 25th, 2023, I ordered a free compression sleeve for my ankle from backsocksleeve.com with the ad asking to just pay shipping and handling in the amount of $6.95. I did pay that and they sent the sleeve. There was no mention of recurring charges and no authorization for further shipments or charges. I have received no other product and on April 11th, my discover card that was used for the original purchase was issued a charge of ***** to backsocksleeve.com.

      I purchased the compression sock from backsocksleeve, and paid the $6.95 shipping..a few day later I noticed that $38 was taken from my account..I called backsocksleeve, several times. I finally got someone on the line, I asked why did they take more money, I was told it was for a membership..I never agreed to no membership..I requested a full refund...I was informed that several emails were sent to me regarding the trial was almost over....I never received any of those emails...I have been going back and forth with support, and being jerked around, now when I call to speak to someone, they just hang up on me, they see my number and pick up, and don't say anything..I used someone else's phone and they answered once they heard my voice, the line went dead..and now they don't even answer my emails..all want is my $38 back..I'm 60 years old, on a fixed income. I don't have money to give away..

      I was charged ***** on my debit card from this business and I want my money back. I haven't ordered anything and even if I have I never received anything. I want a refund and stop taking money out of my account.

      This customer no record of this customer contacting us since they placed their original order. Their membership that the agreed to when they placed their order, has been canceled based on this first contact. The terms are clearly on the order form and they were sent a trial ending email reminder that had very simple cancelation instructions on how to cancel before they made the payment.

      I purchased pair of taurline socks from a company which ends up going to a .com company called BACKSOCKSLEEVE.COM. I purchased the item on February 20, 2023. The price I paid was $14.92. It took almost two weeks to receive the item. Not less than a few days later on March 14, 2023 for $37.57. Now, today, April 17, 2023, this company is taking out another $37.57. I am furious. I don't have money to GIVE away to so called companies. I have since learned that this company is a scam. I read another customer companion on ******************** who said exactly what they told me: 1: it would take 3-5 business days for it to be put back on my account. 2: They would have to have the refund dine bysomebody "upper management".3. They couldn't transfer me, they don't have that ability. The person on the other end did not sound professional at all. She sounded "high", her words were slurred and she says she took name off their "subscription" which I never clicked or signed up for. I really would like to report this company as fraudulent. They decide that they will use your card every month to make a "subscription" without your permission. I only wanted one set of socks. Did not get a subscription. They decide that you are to get a subscription. That's stealing.

      In March, 2023 I placed an order from BackSockSleeve.com. Said item was FREE! So I placed the order and they charged me $6.95 for shipping, which I willing paid through my credit card. The following month I then get a charge for $37.57! I called the company and they stated I had signed up for a VIP Membership! Which I clearly did not! The details were hidden and not clearly visible! What a rip-off!!!??

      This customer was refunded his membership fee that he agreed to pay if he didn't cancel within 14 days the very next day. We cannot refund more than a customer paid. How is refunding a rip off?

      I placed an order with backsocksleeve.com for $6.95. I received that order . When my credit card statement arrived there was a $6.95 charge dated 03/08. There was also a charge from back sock sleeve.com for $37.57 dated03/22. All I ordered was a $6.95 item. I called the company and they said they would refer it to their accounting department. I called my credit card company to report an unauthorized charge. I also filed a complaint with the State Attorney of ******* after reading all the complaints listed here. After I in formed the company of this they sent me an email indicating that when I ordered I was automatically enrolled as a member as a vip members only store and I would be charged $37.57 every month. It was in fine print at the bottom of my order . Well I want to see a contract from them that I signed in my own handwriting. The said I had the option to cancel my membership within ********************************************************************* I could cancel. I never received an email concerning this matter. This is definitely a scam business and maybe they have found a way to scam people by indicating you are becoming a member,by ordering from them.

      On Feb 23rd, I ordered a pair of compression socks fro Backsocksleve.com. Received them on March 6th. The ad stated to try them for $6.95 shipping and handling. On March 10 and April 11th, Backsock sleeve. com deducted $37.57 from my checking account. I did not purchased anything additional from them. I had to change my debit card, and dispute both charges with my bank. Trust me, these backsock sleeves are GARBAGE. They are so tight I couldnt get them on my feet. THIS IS A SCAM

      They keep trying to go in account and get money out and I don't owe themanything three times every other day
