      Back hand sleeve charged me $37.57 for nothing. I bought a compression knee brace they said for &6 one time but now Im charged another $38.57. Why what are they doing. Guess canceling my card now. Was not told would not have ordered if I knew. Did not receive any information from this company at all . Thank you.

      There was an ad on Instagram about compression socks (shop.backsocksleeve.com) and they were "free"-only had to pay shipping and handling of $6.95. I was charged ***** for a membership fee which I requested a refund because the socks didn't fit. They sent me information about looking at a video and the benefits of what the socks could do. It's a possibility that they could do some of the things described ( treat spider and varicose veins, swelling in the feet and apply compression to the pressure points in my feet to alleviate pain). Well the socks didn't fit. I'm a diabetic and I thought they would help with neuropathy in the feet and in the email from them it states that the man in the video wears a sz 10 1/2 shoe and he could fit the socks which is a sm and it's SMALL and I wear a woman's sz 9 m shoe. I've tried for months requesting a refund the membership fee which is useless based on the NOT FREE Socks that didn't fit. So why would I continue with a membership to buy other products when I couldn't utilize socks. They refused to give me a refund and spun like the spin cycle on a wash machine each time that I sent an email. They even referred the name of the Marketing Director ************************* as a person who had been in contact with me. I found no one by that name just an email ( *********************************** with a pic of a man. It's a scam I believe because they refused to rectify the situation being so combative with a product that didn't serve a purpose.

      I noticed on today a charge on my bank account for $37.57. I went back to review statements and see the company has charged me alsonfo $6.95. I researched the name showing on my statement online... backsocksleeve.com. I wentntontheir website and located live chat. They insist that I placed an order and elected to be a *** member of their establishment. I have never. She stated they sent me a knee sleeve and I had ************************************************************* I don't have knee problems and have NEVER authorized them to debit from my account. I know NOTHING about thus establishment. She responded that the membership was canceled and no further funds would be debited. They never should have been to begin with and when I ask about my money I get no response. This company is a RIPOFF. There is no telling how many people they are getting over on.

      Initial Complaint In April, 2023 I placed an order from BackSockSleeve.com. Said item was FREE! So I placed the order and they charged me $6.95 for shipping, which I willing paid through my credit card. The following month I then get a charge for $37.57! I texted the company and they stated they cannot find mt information. What a rip-off!!!??

      I ordered a knee sleeve and agreed to pay the $6.95 charge listed for shipping. The next month I had an unknown charge on my debit card from this same company for $37.57. I hadn't ordered or requested anything else from this company so I called and found out that I had been signed up for some VIP membership. I knew nothing about this..I didn't request to be signed up for this..definitely didn't agree to this and when I asked for a refund they said they would have to check with " senior management". I was later informed I had 14 days to cancel originally...hard to do when u don't even know u had been signed up for anything. This company is deceitful and taking advantage of people. I want my $37.57 back and I hope the Attorney General in ******* shuts this company down.

      I ordered a pair of compression socks that were free all I had to pay was the shipping. I have been billed as follows:2/27/23 -$6.95 3/13/23 -$37.57 3/17/23 -$6.95 3/31/23 -$-37.57 I spoke to someone a week to two weeks ago and they said they would refund my money in 3 to 5 business days. This is clearly a scam!!!! So many others have been taken in by this fraudulent company. They deserve criminial charges against them. They say I joined some membership? WTF! I just wanted to pay shipping cost of $6.95 for the **** socks!

      I ordered the "free" socks (only pay shipping) on 1/1/23. I have been charged $37.57 every month since. I did not see any notification that ordering the socks included agreeing to any kind of subscription, no have I received anything for the extra money they have been charging me.

      I ordered a sock set for **** shipping. They took ***** from my account. I have tried to reach out to them through their complaint email and have called the number. They are not responding to my inquiry nor will they answer when I call. I'm a senior citizen and hate being scammed. From what I am seeing, I'm not the only one. It is *********************** They sell all kinds of support products.

      Fees I did NOT agree to:$37.57 on February 23 $37.57 on March 23 $37.57 on April 23 Fee I did agree to:$6.95 on February 10 The business committed to provide me with one pair of compression socks free. All I had to pay was $6.95 shipping. My order D64FBC9DF4 was delivered as promised. I have no idea what the $37.57 monthly charge is for. I have reached out to Back Solutions Store with no response.
