I ordered a pair of "free" socks. I was told I would be only paying $6.95. I was charged $37.57. I never agreed to any subscription. I will be disputing these charges with my bank. How this company is still in business with all these complaints is beyond my comprehension. Complaints upon complaints! Deceptive is putting it mildly. I should have known..after you select just the free socks..you have to go through numerous pages of other products before you can confirm what you ordered. When I attempted to call them, I was yelled at and hung up on. Like most of your complaints regarding this issue, I too was told that all I had to do was pay $6.95 for shipping and I would receive my free knee brace. Never was I told that they would charge my account $37.57. The only thing I was told was that I would just allow them to text me with any new products and I allowed only that, and nothing else. They have cost me $6.95 and $37.58, totalling $44.63. To some, that *** not be too much, but I have very little money, so this is wrong and unjustified. I want that $37.57 refunded. The shipping I'll leave that be, because that was the deal on my part. This company is fraudulent and should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Please help me, with the matter, it has set me back by quite a bit. Backsocksleeve.com has been taking $24.95 out of my account since October 2022 and they do it at midnight when the credit card account closes so that you do not pick up on it. The credit card company will only refund the most recent $24.95 and they know this company is shady as ****, but will not bill them back the rest of the amount taken from me. Clearly they are criminal based on all the other complaints you have here. Please do something about closing out their scam and possibly refunding the money stolen from me.Initial Complaint

I purchased a pair of socks for $6.99. This company has charged me $24.75 for the past 7 months and they refuse to issue me a refund!! I have not purchased anything more than the one pair of socks and they enrolled me without permission in their program I dont know what this is nor can they show me where I signed up for this!!! I saw an advertisement via Facebook for a free knee sleeve, just pay shipping. I paid the $6.00 shipping and then I recieve a withdrawal from my account for $38.00 on May 10, 2023. When I inquired about this charge. I was informed that I signed up for a VIP member subscription that I some how magically signed up for. This was dirty and 100% scam. They said that they canceled my membership but is giving me a hard time about the refund. I want to make it clear that I want a refund for the money taken from my account, completely clear from the "VIP subscription" and no further contact from them including emails and text messaging. I saw an advertisement on Facebook about a week and a half ago about this knee brace, it seemed to describe my knee condition, they stated that the knee brace was free you only need pay $6.95 for shipping and handling, there was nothing mentioned about being signed up for a VIP membership if you didn't contact them within 14 days no fine print, no bold print nothing, so i ordered the knee brace well here it is 05/10/23 and they charged my credit card $37.57, needless to say i'm very upset because had i seen such an agreement i would never gotten involved with it, i contacted the company and spoke with some one with a very heavy Hispanic accent it was very hard to understand what he was saying, but i could make out something about sending my case to his boss, i truly feel i'm being scammed!!Initial Complaint

I ordered a FREE compression knee sleeve from this company and was told all I had to pay was S&H based on their ad on ********* They charged me the $6.95 and then 2 weeks later attempted to charge my card another $37.57 which my bank declined due to it being a suspicious overseas charge. My bank issued a new card and this company has now attempted to charge the $37.57 four more times and today attempted to charge $22.54. I contacted them via their initial support email and still waiting for a reply. I did receive an automated reply telling me my order had been received. WTH?Im so glad my bank was on top of this. Back Soln. store offered to send me my first pair of support hose free if I paid $6.95 postage. I gave them my credit card number. On 3/10/23 they billed me$6.95. To date I have received no Socks. Fraudulently, on 3/24/23 and again on 4/24/23 they charged my account $37.57 both times. This is criminal FRAUD… Called them. Answering machines takes my number and hangs up.. Looked them up on Facebook. Dozens and dozens of people are raising hell. They are being charged the same darn dollar figures and have received no product for these fraudulent charges either…
