I see this has happened to others where this company signs you up for a vip membership and charges your charge card. By the time you find this out they will cancel your membership but offer no refund. This is a very sneaky way to get people money. I was going to order for a friend but website sent down in the middle of me deciding on ordering. I didnt even know an order was processed until I received a package from *******. When I received my credit card statement and saw this charged I called and was told the same they will cancel going forward but offer no refund. Yes I heard from the company and they took care of it apparently they do this on a lot of people although they refunded one month payment back to me and canceled my account so I am okay with that thank you

I ordered free compression socks from backsolution store via FB ad. ad indicated shipping charges only. I was charged shipping of **** for that pair of socks on 1/23/23. I recently noticed unauthorized charge for $37.57 on 2/23/23. I contacted backsolution via chat 5/3/23, they claim I agreed to a free trial & subscription. I did not check off any agreement of terms and conditions for any subscription. I did not receive any product other than socks which I paid shipping for as agreed. I was told in this chat that the *** sent email reminding me of the 14 day trial. I asked what email address that came from but they did not answer. They told me via chat they would cancel and refund me. I received an email stating my subscription (which I never was aware of) was cancelled and I had been refunded $37.57. Initially thought refund was satisfactory response however I had 2 more unauthorized charges of $37.57 on the following dates: 3/23/23, and 4/23/23. I responded via email same day&received automated reply stating they will respond in 2 hours. They did not. I reached out via chat and received an automated reply. I emailed again on 5/9/23 asking for refund of additional $75.14 or would contest with credit card company and file BBB complaint and I did not receive a reply. I tried chat again and did not receive a reply (other than automated indicating I would receive an email). The automatic email response from back solutions states they will reply in 2 hours. It has been 13 days and 7 days respectively. Today 5/16/23 I called ************** from the statement, repeated my concerns & asked for full refund. This time I was told that I received multiple emails from them reminding me of a free trial. I did not. search of my inbox (in which I do not delete unread messages) shows only 1 email from them on 5/3/23 regarding the (partial) refund and the automated reply same day. On March 1, 2023 I placed an order from BackSockSleeve.com. Ad said item was FREE! So I placed the order and requested express shipping in the amount of $14.92, which I paid through my credit card. On March 17th I then got charged for $37.57. Another charge on April 17th for $37.57 appeared on my credit card. After leaving my phone message several times, I was finally advised that I had signed up for a VIP Membership!!! Which I clearly did not and I did not receive any product for the two charges of $37.57. The details were hidden and not clearly visible. What a rip-off!!!! On April 26, 2023 my debit card was charged $6.95 for a knee brace I ordered from backsocksleeve.com (ad said free compression knee brace; $6.95 was for shipping/handling.) I received the knee brace, but then on May 10 I saw a pending charge of $37.57 from this company. I called them and they said they would cancel the charge. Today, May 12, the charge went through; I called them again and they said they would review this charge and if not legitimate refund it in 3-5 business days. However, I see many, many people fell for the same scam; is there a way to get my money back?
