Ordered compression socks on April 17. Charge of $14.92. On April 28, they charged me $37.57. On May 30, charged another $37.57. I inquired about the charges, and they said I signed up for an automatic subscription. I did not. There was nothing about an automatic subscription. I called again on June 2, and was told that I would not be receiving any refund. Future calls resulted in being blocked, and I was not able to contact them. This is a scam.Initial Complaint

I thought I was getting a knee compression sleeve for the cost of shipping and handling. What I failed to do was get every aspect of the email they sent me, in fact, I didnt realize they were sending me an email and deleted it because I thought it was spam. In that email I found out there was a drop down arrow that explained terms and conditions saying that I was signing up for a subscription. I payed $82.09 for that sleeve before I realized what was going on. Not only do I have knee issues where I thought the sleeve would help me, but then I got ripped off for $75.14. I am so mad, that company should be shut down!!Initial Complaint

We purchased these knee braces on 4/17/2023 where you only have to pay for shipping, which we paid $14.92. There was no indication of any type of subscription on the promotion. On 4/30/2023 our account was debited for $37.57, this charge is being disputed with our Bank. Today 6/1/2023 I received another Fraud alert on this company for trying to debit our bank again for $37.57. This charge is showing pending and our bank has been informed.Business Response

the email address used is: *************************** The vender sent us three emails saying the card used was credited back to the card used, however that card was shut down. We informed them of this action and asked for two refunds be sent by mail. We did received one refund for the first disputed charge back on April 30,2023, however on June 2, 2023 they charged our account again for the ***** and we have not gotten a refund for that disputed charge yet. ********* is still working on both disputed transaction.

My wife saw the ad for Back Sock Sleeve on ******** stating that the initial purchase would be for one sock and only required a $6 S&H fee. She did not see anything about a subscription. I am fully aware the business will claim that it was clear and plain but had it been, my wife would not have placed the order.A couple weeks later, we find the subscription fee of $37. A week or so after that, we received the one pair of socks. We went looking for a way to unsubscribe but when we went to the website, all that is there is Please publish your site to go live.I received a notification today that they have pulled another month subscription fee with no way to unsubscribe.I accept that we have lost the $70 these people have stolen from me. I want others to know to NOT trust them and that this is a scam. I will be posting this to ********.Finally, the joke is on them because that account now only has .37 cents in it. I paid $6.95 for shipping on a free pair of socks. I was just charged $37.57 by this same company for no reason. I see in other complaints that this is for a membership of some sorts but I did not agree to a membership. I have reached out to my bank to dispute the charge and I have reached out to this company as well but it is a Sunday so I am sure if I hear back, it wont be today. I purchased a product for $6.95 the end. I just looked at my bank statement and was charged $37.57 from my account. I did not purchase anything more from them. I see now unfortunately there are many complaints about this company. The only option at this point in order to not get charged anymore is to cancel my debt card and have a new one issued. March of 2023 I ordered some compression socks for $6.95. I just checked my bank account and it says they're charging me $37.57 for a monthly fee to belong to their account. I called him and said I never wanted this they said then you should have called us back in 14 days it was on your initial order. I said I never saw that and he said well it's it's valid. First of all they sent me the wrong size then when I told them about it and I told him that I just didn't want to go through it anymore just send me my $75. They told me that they did not do that that they would give me a percentage off and for me to keep them and to sell them to someone else. And I told them no then they told me well they sent me this email that I paste it to the bottom showing you what they said and I don't think it's right. And I just happened to look on the internet and they have so many complaints against them somebody need to do something about these people for beating people out of their money. I am on a fixed income I am a disabled vet. And I don't have money just to give away. I was trying to get some compression socks that would help me out. But I guess that's not happening I'll have to go to the stores locally from now on.
