1 starI Do not recall signing up for Zeely. I certainly never got their app. I just found out about two fraudulent charges on my account. See below:

I'm on disability on a low fixed income. Scamming people when countries are in a poor economic state is despicable. Very poor business model. Poor ethics. No customer service number. I would have given you a zero if i could.Zeely Inc.

1 starSTAY AWAY, THEY WILL HACK YOUR PAYMENT ACCOUNTS!!!!
I canceled my subscription the day after signing up and “Boosting” my ads.
You create all of the work, so not sure how they help in this area. I am unsure where my ad was running???? I never seen it.
3 charges for Meta ads in the amount of $250 each was charged to both of the payment methods I used for paying Zeely and for my “additional daily” ads.
This place is nothing but a scam and has only caused me to order 2 new credit cards because of Unauthorized Activity and change my PayPal passwords and go through a whole ordeal with them calling me regarding Fraudulent Activities.
STAY AWAY…. I can only hope I can redeem a small portion of my NON-researched decisionReview fromJill P

1 starI requested a refund for their services after using a disliking their app after a few hours of trying it out.
They were unable to process my refund request in full. I had “boosted” my account to see if their services would be useful, but after discovering most of the work needed to be done by me anyway, I decided to ask for a refund.
According to their terms and agreements, they were unable to process my “boosted” account addition of 39$. Fine
But now it’s been MONTHS. And I only played around with the app for a few hours. And I still have not received a refund for the additional 49$.
If I had read the reviews, I never would have ever tried the app in the first place.Zeely Inc.

1 starSTAY AWAY from this company and their app ,do not even sign up for the free trial. When I got the app there were so many issues with the ai on my account that I just wanted to cancel and get my money back since I did not use the app at all. When I contacted support they said they could not give me my first initial refund of $29.95 but could give me two months free and cancel my subscription. I was still frustrated because I just wanted to cancel even if I didn’t get my money back I told them I don’t want the 2 months free or to use the app at all so I deleted the app after I received an email confirmation of a support member stating my subscription was cancelled as of March 1st. Fast forward it is more than two months later it is May 25th and I receive a charge for $79.95!!!! I downloaded the app again to figure out what is going on since to my understanding everything was already resolved and cancelled even though I did not get my money back the first time. It was so infuriating to find that my account was reactive without my consent or any notification with the most expensive plan they have to offer. I have contacted support about this issue and instead of even responding like they have before, this time they are straight up ignoring me. This company is an absolute scam and they will take your money once they have your card information. They stole a total of $109.90 from me because I did not do my thorough research to find that this company is a scam. So I am putting this out here to warn all of you to do as much research as you possibly can before subscribing to anything like this fake company.Zeely Inc.

1 starThey will steal your money! They rope you in to buying more and when the system doesnt work and you ask for a refund they lie to you! Then they try to get you to stay by offering a free subdcription.
I have had the run around for almost a month and had to file a dispute with my bank and cancel my debit card because they charged me again after canceling. Customer Service will insist on telling you funds have been refunded and when you ask for a confirmation number they keep giving you a date and money is never there! They still owe me $78
This company lies and does not help you at all!

1 starDO NOT use this company. Tried to leave a zero star review and unable to do so. They are extremely zealous to take your money. They reel you in for $29 and then charge you additional fees without properly communicating. Then the app does not work. I was unable to retrieve potential client information or edit the ad created (that they said had a display error). I have gone round and round and round to cancel and get a refund to only get $29 back and not the remainder that I have now wasted. And of course NO phone number to reconcile things. 1 starThese people are extremely scummy. They will make it extremely hard and pressure you to NOT cancel. hell. they'll even "give you a sweet deal of 3 months FREE! That's right!", in an effort to avoid your cancellation. even when you've asked repetitively. Don't walk, RUN! in the other direction. God forbid you ask for a refund. because guess what? You have to reach out "beforehand", not after you've paid. .. because that's totally how refunds work. I wish I could give them negative stars. Gross customer service.
