    Absolute Thieves. They billed me three times last year for a total of 149.15. I had to have Apple Pay block them from continuing to charge my credit card. Some how they billed me again today - 1 year later even though my account number has changed. Class Action Law Suite Anyone?

    Thank you for sharing your concerns, and we’re truly sorry for any confusion or frustration this situation may have caused. We appreciate the opportunity to clarify what happened and assist in resolving the issue.

    After thoroughly reviewing your account, we can confirm that no charges totaling $149.15 were made by Zeely. Based on our billing records, you initially purchased a monthly subscription for $29.95 and also activated a one-year Booster plan for $39.95. The subscription was canceled, but the Booster remained active and was set to renew automatically after one year, in accordance with the plan's terms.

    This recent charge occurred because the annual Booster plan was still active in our system and renewed via Apple Pay. Since Apple Pay can process renewals through virtual payment tokens even when the physical card details have changed, the charge was successfully completed through your linked Apple Pay account.

    That said, we fully understand your concern, and as a gesture of goodwill, we’ve already canceled the Booster and issued a full refund. The funds should return to your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or Apple’s processing time.

    We want to emphasize that Zeely does not store or directly manage any credit card information. All purchases made through Apple are processed by Apple’s billing system. We also remain committed to transparency and compliance with all applicable consumer protection and billing policies.

    Canceled and they continue to charge my card. I do not know how they have not been shut down by now. I canceled back in May and they are still running 2.31 charges

    There's a free trial you have to sign up for to see all of the details/services. Once I saw this looked suspicious/vaporware, I cancelled THE SAME DAY.

    They will ignore you until the 7 day free trial is up and then charge you, unless you cancel your credit card.

    There is no way to cancel the subscription on the app OR through the APP stores.

    DO NOT USE!!!

    Signed up for a free trial reached out to cancel within the allotted time frame. 29.99 then added the boost feature didn't know there was additional charge. No one responded to any of my cancellation requests, then finally today after I was charged they don't want to cancel but instead are pushing me to use the products for 2 months at no charge. The product is of no use to me because it doesn't work for my type of business which I explained in the cancellation requests.

    Signed up for 29.95. During the setup process they recommended this boost feature. Did not mention it cost any additional money and didn't even see anything else on the screen to press. So i pressed it and was immediately charged another 39.95. So trying to get that back. Then when I check my subscription it's been upgraded to 79.95 a month. I'm glad I used a generated card from privacy.com and can close the card. Because it sounds like I'm not getting any money back and questionable if my subscription will be canceled or not.

    Zero stars. Tried for a trial run and had no clicks whatsoever. Asked to close the account and they said they would, months later I have screenshots showing the subscription was canceled and they still tried to bill me for $79.95. Do not do business with this app.

    Fraud - scam - they charge and charge and take weeks to reply and refund. And then fail to actually refund. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.
